The atmosphere was nice and the food was good. Definitely going to try it out again.

Chop house in the winter, bar and grill in the spring, summer, and fall. Both menus are great. High class streaks to mozzarella sticks. Cocktails and wine selection is above and beyond.

We had our son’s wedding rehearsal supper here at the Vardon. Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful people and servers, wonderful food and drinks. I guess the best way to say it is if you want to be treated like family, this is the place to go!!!! Thank you EVERYONE at the Vardon❤️

We ate at the Restaurant at Varden and were terribly disappointed. 1- the $ 50 steak was OK but not exceptional. And the lack of available individual sides ( with exception of soup ) disappointing. No side available of salad, bread, potato, vegetable 😕 My walleye roll was tasteless. The chef lost his salt and pepper the not very crunchy coating was made even soggier with a pickle relish. I pushed that off and covered it with Old Bay ( on the table) and pepper. I also had a pile of bones I picked out- almost inedible. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The Chop House was fantastic! My steak was juicy and delicious! My wife had Lobster Ravioli and ate every bite which rarely happens! Crab cake appetizer was very good as well.

The Vardon Team hosted an excellent fundraising event for the Minot Public Schools Foundation in September. Ray Cook went above and beyond to ensure the setup was seamless! The event food was really tasty, seating set up for our event was perfect and the attendees really enjoyed themselves. And we raised more funds than anticipated!! Thanks to Ray and the Vardon! We can’t wait to return next year!

Place is great and the people who work there are super nice. Course is fun. Could use a little work in some places but for the most part it makes for a good day golfing! Give it a shot and see what you think. I have never had a bad time out there. Their food is really good as well.

Minot is my hometown. Since I have moved away, Varden Golf Club opened up. It’s been years…I have to say the staff is phenomenally personable. My friend is a member here and golfs often. We dined here this evening. The food tastes and looks great. People are friendly and outgoing

Great venue for multiple uses.

Cannot say anything about the golf, but the food is great! Good variety, great taste, good service.

They have done a wonderful job to come back after the flood and are one of our go to's if we want something a little different for atmosphere.
