However, some visitors note issues with course layout, signage, and occasional slow pace of play.

I've waited a long time to play victory links and it didn't disappoint. With the coolest practice area I've ever seen and GPS carts all at a good price for this very true links course. Most of the holes are very spread out, but roughly half of the holes are extremely hard to read from the tee boxes. With almost zero elevation and a lot of slope and bunkers you may want to drive up a few times and pick a good landing zone. It doesn't stop there, with narrow fairway openings and impossible tall grass left and right on every hole, this makes for a tough round. The course was well kept, greens wer…

Played for the first time today. The practice facility is amazing! Lots of range slots, lots of short game areas. The little putting course is pretty cool as well! They had recently punched (yes I was aware before going) and even with that being said they ran decently true. The fairways and rough were beautiful and well kept. The course itself was in really great condition. Front 9 was a little slow because of one group but afterwards it was very well paced! The staff in the shop were very polite, the starter was helpful and polite as well. Looking forward to returning when the greens are true…

Fun unique course in Blaine. Tough challenging approach shots for most of the holes. The practice putting green is the most unique area on the course. The course has a municipal feel to it, being amongst the National Sports Center soccer fields.

Great course! It’s my family's favorite course to play. Awesome value especially if you buy the any time passes. Highly recommend!

Terrible layout in general. Clubhouse up the hill....carts down the hill...no stairs.... 1st hole a long way from clubhouse. Turf layout makes it hard to find balls....everyone was searching. Greens ball marked terribly. Can't take carts in parking lot. Lack of signage to direct you around clubhouse and practice facilities. Course is just not a fun place to play. We are decent players and it's just an ugly, hard course to play. Will never come back.

Victory Links was absolutely amazing. Just played and really enjoyed the course. The greens rolled amazing and the course was in immaculate shape. Shout out to CT and Mike for chatting with us after our round. The staff was great and would recommend playing if you are in Blaine.

This is a very nice golf course. I enjoyed playing this course it was the very first time I've ever played this course and I did very well because of its generous Fairways and it's fast greens.. it accommodated for my golf game! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable of the course which helps! Play was at a good speed we really did not wait for anybody got right up to the Tee Box and was able to tee off 95% of the time! The Tee boxes were fresh like they were brand-new it was awesome. The fairways were nice and firm and very well maintained! The rough was even well-maintained and you could st…

The only PGA designed public course in Minnesota. 18 holes of championship links golf and set for all to play, including youth. And the youth are most important at Victory Links. The course from the first tee to walking off the 18th will give you everything you want. Step back to 7,000 yards at the tips like the Senior pros have done in qualifying for the former 3M Senior Event. If you can keep it in the fairway fire away. Anything off will have you in longer grass. Pay attention to the course book as there are some holes to play around some fairway sand. Greens are some of the best in the sta…

SUCH a great place for lessons. Instructors are patient, knowledgeable and approachable. I could barely hit the ball before taking lessons from them and after just one lesson I was making good contact/ hitting the ball down the fairway. Highly recommend them! The facility itself is great too.

The first hole, there is an attendant running through the rules of the course for 5min. This gave us a bad taste right off the bat. Took the fun right out of it before you tee off. You feel as though you're being watched by him on the front 9. We saw the cart girl on hole 8 and never saw her again. We never spotted her on the back 9. Course was well maintained, except for some tee boxes that were shredded (mostly par 3 boxes). Clubhouse staff was great. Younger girl working concessions was sort of rude and didn't thank my buddy for the tip he gave her. 3/5 is a fair rating for this place.

This is just a review of the practice area and driving range. To get golf balls for the driving range you can go to the beverage/snack shack that is behind the hill. You do not need to go to the pro shop on the top of the hill if you are just doing the driving range or putting course. You will get a bucket of prefilled balls you bring to the driving range just a short walk from the shack. It’s over a berm, so you can’t really see it from the shack. Everyone gets their own space at the range, there is a chair as well so you can bring someone who just wants to watch. You do need to bring tees.…

I play this course weekly and it never disappoints. Wonderful course for all skill levels given the number of tees available(including kids boxes). And not only do they offer many different tee box options they are all legitimate and well groomed, not just a couple of markers thrown out into the middle of the fairway. The course is always in top notch conditions with well maintained fairways and greens. The practice area is spectacular with a large driving range and areas to practice chipping, bunker play and of course putting. In fact it includes a free 9 hole putting course with the same qua…
