In summary

Brookland Executive Nine Golf Course is appreciated for its affordability, friendly staff, and well-maintained greens, making it a suitable choice for beginners and casual golfers. The course layout, featuring a mix of par 3s and a few challenging par 4s, allows players to use a variety of clubs, adding interest to the game despite its straightforward design. However, some visitors have noted issues with the condition of the tee boxes and limited availability of golf carts, suggesting improvements could enhance the overall experience.

Positives: - Not too busy of a course. (played on a September Sunday afternoon) - Priced fairly well. ($18 green fee for Par 30 9-hole course.) Negatives: - Tee boxes were in bad shape. Tee boxes were very unleveled and in poor condition. - Fairways were not cut to length, it was similar length compared to the rough. - I reserved a tee time online. My group of 4 expected to rent a golf cart, but was unable to because all of the golf carts were already in use. I was told they only have 6 golf carts during the fall and 9 golf carts in the Summer. The course should make golfers aware before book…

Nice course to play 9 hole. Great price and I enjoyed the fact that I get to use all my clubs in the bag. This course is best to play with a friend or group to maintain pace with everyone otherwise it doesn't take much to catch up if you're hitting really good.

Not a bad golf course. A 9 hole course. The greens are kinda small meaning holes right next to one another. Brenda was really friendly. Reasonable pricing as well. Definitely will be going again.

A very nice golf course. I had a wonderful day playing here. I wasn't rushed off the tee which made my experience even better. A great place to take the beginning 🏌️‍♂️.

It is a decent neighborhood golf course. Glad it is there for us.

This course has only a few sand traps and only a couple holes with water o There are about 9 oak trees. Some of them are very large and were planted during the Eisenhower administration. The course is very level with a slope rating of 90. The golf rates are very reasonable. Power carts are available. The clubhouse only has snacks and lovely beverages. No sandwiches or beer .

Unfortunately one of the more boring courses that I have played. Just 9 perfectly straight holes with no scenery and no hazards. That being said, it's fairly cheap and well maintained, so a good option if you have kids or live nearby and want some practice. Several better courses in the area for similar price, however. Edit: After playing another round here, I've bumped it to a 4/5. Despite the boring layout, they have done a good job of making sure you use every club in your bag throughout the round, making it a bit more interesting.

Ok little course. The greens are all elevated, increasing the difficulty significantly. All the holes are very close together so ya gotta be careful and the foot golf right through the middle of the golf course.

Small course. Mostly par 3s. Course is kept up decently. Not busy. For the price, you are getting a pretty good deal. It makes for a good, fast round.

Great 9-hole golf course! The last three holes are a par 4, giving a better challenge than some of the other 9-hole courses in the area. Friendly staff too!

I updated my opinion due to ground maintenance. John has done a wonderful job repairing the fairway so it can now be walked without twisting my ankles.

I play after work practice rounds here pretty regularly. All in all, a decent Par 30 Muni for the price. 6 par 3s and 3 short Par 4s. Not much for hazards but the distances vary enough that you use most of your irons and wedges. Greens run slow but have some different shapes and slopes and the grounds crew likes to get tricky with pin placement sometimes. Tee boxes are my one complaint as they badly need to be leveled, some are slanted and/or very bumpy.
