Had an Awesome day golfing with my Daughter, & Son-in-Law on this Beautifully groomed golf course. The staff here was also great. If you get the chance to play a round, don't turn it down, because it's an exclusive Club for the residents, & their guest's...

Lived there for about 8 years. We decided the HOA fee was just crazy expensive and not worth it, and it will just keep going up. The area itself is very pretty. The homes are well maintained. But the new staff coming in are rude. The food at the Bistro fluctuates. We loved having security on the premises 24 hours, but then again, it had it's ups and downs depending on staffing.

Enjoy the course and surrounding hillsides. Truly a beautiful setting. Course is challenging from the #4 tees, 6350 yards. Most holes have tree lined fairways and if your in the trees, it is a difficult up and down. Greens roll well but are too slow for my liking....great off course amenities.

All our friends are very happy here! They said they moved in and were impressed, on a daily basis, with the property, the people, the amenities and the vast assortment of activities. Love the Golf Courses and appreciate the small army of gardeners who keep the area pristine. And, add our name to the very long list of fans for Carla Griffin - real estate agent extraordinaire - she streamlined and facilitated our move, and many of our friends Home Purchases... and assisted with dozens of details and decisions. We are forever fans and totally indebted. Wonderful. Really appreciate the walking are…

I am not a resident, but have been invited many times to golf with residents. Today was my only bad experience. Four greens were completely unplayable. I was not informed of this while paying FULL PRICE. There was no sign or information given as to the condition of the course. When I brought this up to the office staff the response was, oh well we don't give discounts or refunds for that. So ask the conditions before you pay your money.

Every year the Villages puts on a great Thanksgiving dinner at a very good price. Residents and their guests have a good family type get together and no dishes to wash.

My mother recently moved in this community, and I am very impressed with the presentation that I saw from the 1st time I visited. My mother is a lot happier and Iessed stressed. She has a much better support system than what she had. And I personally tip my hat down and tell you thank you.

I was looking for the home in the villages to buy and live. However, I thought I should rent to live there first before I buy it. I rented the home there and will move there soon , but I already made decision not buying the property there. The public safety administration staff there very rude. I imagine if I have to see her all my life while living there I won't enjoy any thing. I don't know how good the amenities there yet, but I can't enjoy anything if I have to deal with her. Hope 2 years will pass quicker. Right now honestly I just want to back out the lease but already signed it. Lucky m…
