I recently photographed a wedding at Waverly Oaks Golf Club in Plymouth, and it was such a beautiful day from start to finish. The venue has a perfect mix of classic New England charm and modern elegance, with stunning views and gorgeous natural light throughout the property. The staff was organized, welcoming, and made everything feel effortless. It’s a wonderful setting for couples who want a relaxed yet refined wedding experience.

Waverly Oaks is truly one of my favorite wedding venues to work at! The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the staff is so kind, helpful, and organized. The coordinators work as a team with the other vendors to make sure everything runs on time and everyone stays in the loop which makes such a difference on a wedding day. There’s also so much space to use throughout the day (which is rare!), and their indoor ceremony and photo options are just as beautiful in case of rain. Can’t wait to be back!

Waverly Oaks was absolutely the easiest and best decision we made when planning our wedding!! The venue is stunning - beautiful outdoor and indoor ceremony space, a huge an inviting cocktail hour/bar area, and a lovely reception room to keep the party going. A year later, and I’m finally writing my review for the most amazing wedding venue I could have ever asked for. Waverly Oaks exceeded every single expectation I had for my wedding day. The staff was absolutely incredible — especially Mary and Katherine — who were truly at my side from start to finish. My husband and I got married on July 11, 2025 at Waverly Oaks! From the moment we went and toured in January 2024, we knew Waverly was where we wanted to get married. Lindsey is PHENOMENAL - incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and didn't miss one single detail. We expected some hiccups along the way and on the actual wedding day, but to be honest, there was NOT one thing that went wrong. Everything was PERFECT. We cannot recommend Waverly enough!!! The space, aesthetic, organization, food, attentiveness - Waverly is the best!

Waverly Oaks Golf Club is a lovely place to hots your wedding! I am a wedding photographer and I was so pleased by both the view and the beautifully maintained grounds for cocktail hour and formal photos. My husband and I got married at Waverly Oaks last October and it was the best decision we made. The entire Waverly Oaks team was so incredibly helpful and amazing throughout the entire process. They helped us create a vision, and made it come to life. Played here on 5/27/2026. Staff is very courteous, great front of house experience. The course, however, does not dictate the $110 price tag. Greens were great and rolled smooth. Fairways and green surrounds were in ok condition but spotty in many areas. Bunkers were horrible - rocks (and I’m not talking pebbles) in every bunker, few rakes (if any) to be had, and just overall poor condition. I expect more for the $110 price tag, on a Wednesday afternoon. It looks like they are doing some work, but it’s got a long way to go.

Played the course in late November and had a great experience. The crew took time to organize a shotgun start with a 2 hole separation between groups to ensure good pace. Great management. My only complaint would be the cart path only policy. Understandable for Fall golf but was not notified in advance. Overall, a great value at just over half peak season cost. We will definitely keep WOGC in our rotation!

Wedding review: Our April 2024 wedding at Waverly Oaks was a DREAM! When I first toured Waverly back in the fall of 2022, I was drawn to the modern but classic elements of the clubhouse, the kindness and professionalism of Lindsey and Kathryn, and the beautiful grounds. This was all later confirmed after several more interactions, visits, and exchanges as we planned our wedding.
