In summary

Wenham Country Club is appreciated for its well-maintained course, historical charm, and friendly staff, offering a mix of easier and more challenging holes across its 18-hole layout. Many enjoy its unique, quirky design reminiscent of early 20th-century golf courses, with a particular emphasis on short game practice. However, some visitors express concerns about the course being overbooked, leading to slow play, and note that it feels more like a par 3 course with limited amenities.

Wenham Country Club is an 18 hole golf course - front 9 is a little easier than the back 9. They have a small putting green for a bit of practice - a good pro shop and golf carts...

If you enjoy blind shooting every single par 4/5 green on the back 9 with mounded tee boxes and grass longer on them than it is in the fairway this course is for you. Absolute no skill involved because unless you decide to use a driver to drive the greens your guess is as good as its going to get. Impossible to get an accurate yardage for your second shot because you have a mountain in between you and the green. The front 9 is the only holes debatably worth playing

Just played Fling Golf there today. It was free to use the fling golf sticks and the staff was more than accommodating. They have the rules to make it easy to learn how to play. The course was well maintained and we had a great time! Definitely try out fling golf (or regular golf if that's more your thing) at the Wenham Country Club!

If you appreciate the history of golf, this is the place for you. It's quirky, weird, short, slopey, burnt out, and everything in between. It makes you think about every shot. I played here for the first time yesterday and I was blown away by the history and individuality of this golf course. It's like stepping into the early 20th century to play a round of golf, most of it makes no sense and that's what's so great about it. If you want to experience a walk into what golf courses looked like in the late 1800s/early 1900s in MA, you've found the right place (and lastly, do yourself a favor and…

This place is not what we expected. 8 par 3s... Basically a glorified par 3 course, which they don't advertise. Tiny greens, no beers on the turn, just an absolute disappointment. Golf is fun but when you play a course with 4.6 stars on Google you expect much more. Oof.

We’ve been playing here for years and will continue to for many more! Great family owned spot. Pretty challenging course. Could use a bar not that Wenham can have liquor!

Great family run 18 hole course. Front nine is perfect for novice golfers, while the back nine offers a bit more length and challenge.

Played here last week. Course is in good shape. A real challenge on par 3s. Good practice for short game and you can score here if you play the right shots.

I know Covid has increased the amount of golfers so courses have raised their prices, but 75$ for 18 and cart is steep for the quality of the course. Very friendly people running the place, but the course needs some TLC.
