In summary

New Meadows Golf Club is praised for its well-maintained greens and challenging layout, featuring elevation changes and tree-lined fairways, making it a good option for both beginners and seasoned players. However, many visitors express dissatisfaction with the club's cash-only policy, the prohibition on single golfers, and some negative interactions with staff. These issues, along with the perception of high prices and occasional course condition concerns, have led some to seek alternative golf venues in the area.

The course itself was very nice - I had heard this was a great place to relax and enjoy golf - but from the very start of my tee time my group and I were nonstop harrassed by Roger - he followed us to every hole - badgered us!! It made us very uncomfortable the entire 9 holes. I will never be going here again solely because of Roger. Jean was kind and understanding, but Roger completely ruined the experience of this course. I would not recommend.

The course itself is great. Some of the staff are not very friendly and downright rude. The price is expensive and cash only. I often wonder why the IRS is not on this business. They also should have water especially during hot days on the course.

What a joke!! Course is great, owner is a jerk. No singles allowed! Cash only! The guy told me to get back in my car and drive away! Who says that kind of stuff? Go to Rowley CC where the course is great and the staff is human! I’d give this course a zero if I could.

Course was in good condition. The course was the greenest I've seen in years! New signs at each hole. Just wish they took EBT payments.

well maintained greens, and a great location. workers were very unpleasant and it’s cash only which is absolutely ridiculous. also no singles is dumb as hell. overall solid course

The course doesn’t take singles, and it wasn’t offered for me to join an incomplete group. I find it to be an interesting business model.

Roger thinks he is God's greatest gift on this earth. Very rude followed my group all holes. Roger needs a new job.

Yesterday, (Easter Sunday) my wife and I along with my daughter and son-in-law, showed up for our 1:04 Tee-time. First off, there is no sign out front and the club house is tucked in aside a parking lot for a large condo-colony...so hard to find. When I went to pay, I was told it was "cash or check only". HUH??? Surprised by that! I checked the web-site later to see the "cash or check only" as a footnote. Seriously, what business does that anymore? 9 holes for 4 of us with 2 carts came to $152.00. Nobody was on the course until "the 2:10 tee-time" showed up. Course was only okay. Some tee-boxe…

Not a bad little 9 hole golf course. The greens where in good shape, decent tee boxes, not too hilly for walking. Only one par 5, so it's Par 35. Some fairways are a bit narrow, so consider leaving that driver in the bag on a few holes. I liked it, give it a try.

Don’t waste your time or money on this place….You’ll need cash or personal check! Yes personal check!!!! If you’re a single just turn around because the owner doesn’t like “single” players. And if you’re a 2some you’ll have to wait for another 2some to show. They only cater to 4somes….$60 for a 9 hole course that’s not challenging or in good shape? To many good courses in the area for those prices that are so much better!!!

Love the course itself but the staff and ownership is a complete joke. First of all they don’t let singles go out which is absurd due to the amount of openings there are. Secondly, don’t even bother playing here if you’re not a “regular” to the staff, if they don’t know you they automatically assume you’re going damage the course and hold everyone up, especially if you’re a younger player. Course itself is great but the people are terrible, also much better public options in the area.
