Western View Golf Club

Challenging course with stunning views! The new owners have made some really great changes, and the clubhouse is cozy, comfortable, fun, and serves amazing food and drinks. We are there several times a week and always leave smiling.

We had an excellent experience at Western View for their Murder Mystery Dinner event! The venue did a fantastic job hosting! The atmosphere was fun, organized, and perfect for an interactive themed night. My husband is a local musician who has recently been re-added to entertainment scene at Westernview. I frequently accompany him when he's scheduled and we also stop by in our leisure time. In my experience the new ownership is a refreshing change. Jason and Dina have already shown their dedication to this business by completing some overdue renovations and the place looks fantastic and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I just started playing here this year. Great community, good food and good drinks. Yes the tee pads and parts of the course need some work. But the course has a great layout. The scramble on Sundays are a great time! Decent prices for golf as well.

The only thing better than the view is the food! Great atmosphere, great menu, great people!

Love the new owners, they are giving the place a much needed face-lift and upping their food game! New management is a definite improvement.

Beautiful course.

The course was in serious need of attention to the tee pads! Most were very hard, very little grass and dry ..impossible to put a tee into the ground ! Absolutely no 100 yd markers for distance to the pin....Not impressed with the layout. DEFINITELY won't be back.

This was the first time here this season. It was windy and a little chilly. The course has a few places that need some grass to regrow. The greens were in really good shape. The pond is full, so stay out of that. The periscope on #7 is handy to see where your ball lands down near the green. I did par both par 3 holes...exciting for me. Great golf course on the outside of Augusta, Maine. Family friendly. They have a driving range, carts and a super pleasant staff. When your finished with the course, you can have a meal as they have a down to earth restaurant/pub area too. The kitchen is not open Monday or Tuesdays.
