In summary

Westover Golf Club is generally appreciated for its enjoyable layout and friendly staff, with a course that suits beginners and intermediate players. However, some visitors have raised concerns about inconsistent course maintenance and customer service issues, particularly at the pro shop. Additionally, there are occasional reports of slow pace of play and miscommunication regarding tee times and pricing.

We love this course and everything is great except the miserable man that works at the front desk. Sunday we golfed and we were pleasantly suprised by the extremely happy woman who was working at the desk Sunday morning. She was smiling and welcoming and compared to the miserable man that is usually there, she was an absolute pleasure. She was very busy when we checked in and she handled each customer one at a time and never stopped smiling. She knew almost every customers name and they all seemed happy to see her! Keep her at the desk every Sunday! What a difference it makes when you check in…

Westover Golf Club offered an overall great golfing experience. The course is in decent condition, with a layout that’s both enjoyable and manageable for players. Walking the course was particularly rewarding. This course is an excellent option for beginners and intermediate players. It strikes a perfect balance—not overwhelmingly difficult, but still challenging enough to test your abilities. Westover provides a welcoming environment for those looking to improve their skills or simply enjoy a relaxing day on the greens. If you’re seeking a course that combines accessibility with a satisfyin…

Nice layout of the course. Fairways weren’t amazing and the rough was very very high. Enjoyed playing there just wish it was a little bit better maintained. Starters were very friendly and ontop of it

You know, it is always classier when you're check in person is pleasant, this guy was not. Our group was not happy with this guy, miserable, didn't say how much, can't have this. Plus foursome in front of us were super slow, the guy putting thought he was a PGA player lining up his putts knowing we were waiting. It's our last option on our playing list anymore.

Nice course with a friendly staff. I went out as a single and the ranger started me on #7 which was awesome because I had nobody in front of me. Will return.

Almost $70 for a twilight round of 18 and the course was in one of the toughest shapes I've seen for that price. Have been to courses at the same price point or cheaper that took a lot more pride in the quality and maintenance. Staff was very friendly. Hole 9 doesn't lead back to the clubhouse and there are no cart salespeople so not set up to get a drink or snack during your round.

Beautiful golf course, reasonably priced, knowledgeable golf pro, and good food in the club house. They even have Texas hold'em tournaments on Saturday mornings

In general a nice course. A few goofy par 3 which is a shame. Well maintained but it shows the seasons wear and tare. Should be fine in the spring. Greens are the real deal. Fast, subtle breaks, a few false fronts. Again, showing the seasons wear and tare, but should be excellent come spring. Course surrounded by houses, which, to me, makes the course feel tacky.

Speed of the greens feel like they hire goats to come out and chew on the grass. Fairways are fine for the most part. Tee boxes are great if you enjoy extremely uneven lies and hitting off dirt. Bunkers are essentially clay mixed with rocks. Long story short if you enjoy very poorly maintained golf courses, then you'll have a blast on this course!

I had a tee time at 11:00 am couple weeks ago weather was cold and cloudy so frost delayed on the course. me and my friends were there around 10:20 am. There’s about 25-30 people waiting and asked head pro for when will be clear of frost delay Answer was he doesn’t know when we’re going out. Due to the weather you can not do anything about it we know that and we appreciate someone is there to answer the questions from so many people there and phone calls it might be a little annoying for him but still you’re the professional head couch of golf course I think he should be more friendly and resp…

The WORST pace of play ive ever seen. By far. 7 holes took 2 hours. Said screw it and left. Nobody gave a shit. Just crammed as many tee times as they could. Will not be returning.

Beautiful course, however the starter/ cart boy (70-80 year old man) but we’ll call him cart boy, as it suffices for his actions, is the type of person that makes you never want to return to the course. Showed up 45 mins early for a 5:30 tee time. Informed him our buddy may be a minute or two late. Waiting at tee box 1 for our buddy, he rolls up yelling at me that I’m teeing off without our full group. I told him I was simply being ready so I could tee off immediately as my buddy rolled up, and if another group came, they could play ahead. He scoffed and drove off. Another group did roll up, I…
