We’ve camped here every summer for the last three years, and it continues to be one of our favorite destinations. The campground is located on a golf course, which many campers enjoy, but even for non-golfers or those, like us, who choose not to golf, the putting green and driving range are a fun time. The entire site is impeccably maintained — from the tidy grounds to the spotless washrooms and showers, you’ll never find dirt or dust. The owner clearly takes great pride in the property, and it shows. He’s always visible, working hard to keep everything running smoothly, and delivering outstan…

We camped here for 3 nights and loved it! Everything is clean and well maintained. It was fun hitting balls on the driving range, and the happy hour (cute games on the tables) in the clubhouse is great. The clubhouse is really updated and cute! We found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Great spot!

Unbelievable very professional nothing shot of perfection the owners, the staff went out of their way to serve us and made us feel comfortable and at home the new paved parking lot and entrance to the business is just outstanding the new trout pond for families and kids is just amazing. Everyone needs to see this place.

This campground and golf course went downhill rapidly after new ownership took over. Guests are frequently treated with disrespect, and interactions with the owners are often rude, condescending, and intimidating. Harassment has become common rather than rare. There’s a reason this place almost always has availability. Camp or golf here once and you may find yourself made uncomfortable enough to leave, or outright pushed out by aggressive behavior. Many long-time customers have left rather than continue dealing with how they’re treated. Despite charging premium prices, the golf course is in…

Well, second time out for a birthday celebration and the service did not disappoint! Once again amazing service great food! Thank you Janaya for making my friend Carissa’s birthday fantastic! This place is a hidden gem! Got to love the local craft beer availability. Potato skins are a must so delicious! What better way to top off a meal then with cheese cake and hitting a bucket of balls! Did I mention the great service from Janaya and friends ;)

Very nice place. Very well maintained, clean and adapted for kids and grown up. They have a small golf course, a driving range and a nice playground. Only down side is that the HWY and train crossing which are noisy at night as well as the golf ground crew who start their mowers early. So plan on taking along ear plugs, especially if you are in a tent.

I bought a few punch cards to use at this driving range last year. I couldn't use all of those in last year. So I went to use it this year, what it has left the last card that i have, the owner refused it to take and honor the card. She was just saying that the punch card had to use it in that year only. However, I purchased this from this golf course and it is the same ownership nothing was changed. Its not like I got it for free. I think it is fare to say they should honor what they sold.it wasn't the membership that Ipurchased for the year. Its not like anything different between a few mont…

New owners for a couple of years now, and you can see the improvements. Nice place to golf and relax. Staff is very friendly and approachable. The only downside is the menue, which is not very healthy and too simple for the price. Also, the beer on the tab is missing. That's makes the 4 stars.

Very poor customer care. More interested in making money than providing a worthwhile service. I dont recommend use of their facility.

I cannot thank the incredibly welcoming and supportive staff enough. They were very accommodating and understanding, even when I had to switch my tee time last minute! The course itself has seen impressive and immense improvements, with every hole individually refurbished. I had an amazing time during my round of 18. The food was great—loved the fries! Overall, it was an enjoyable round and course. It’s very clear that a lot of care and effort goes into making this place special. I’ll definitely be returning! Thanks, Whistle Stop! 😁

The owners are consistently patronizing and dismissive. My friend was approached on the course by one of the owners because we made a simple mistake and instead of politely giving us advice started insulting us. When my friend asked for more clarification, the owner mockingly asked if he “needed medical attention.” We decided to leave after being repeatedly disrespected, but as we exited, an owner began yelling and swearing at us - behaviour that has no place in any professional environment. What surprised me most was how the owners acted, especially considering the course itself is far fro…

It was one of the best places I've ever stayed. The food, the staff, and the owner were all great. The place was clean and quiet. I would highly recommend stopping by whether you're camping, golfing, or just passing through. Top shelf.
