Great golf course and layout. This course is very undulated. I love playing this course because there are no flat services. This place will make your golf game better. Staff at the front desk was amazing. Thank you for the hospitality .

Whitetail Golf Course offers beautiful mountain views and a scenic layout that makes for an enjoyable round of golf. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which added to the experience. We only played nine holes due to the strong mountain winds that day, but still had a great time. A few of the holes were definitely challenging, with some measuring well over 500 yards, a fun test for golfers who enjoy distance and elevation changes. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would love to return on a calmer day!

In town visiting from Arizona and decided to give this course a try. We played the back 9 upon recommendation which turned out to be a great choice. The course is one of the more difficult ones in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed the course condition and difficulty level. I would recommend giving this course a try if you are in the area looking for a good game.

Great course but bring a lot of balls. Quite a few forced carries.

This place is an absolute scam. Paid 85$ to play on a Sunday morning when the tee times weren’t even close to being full. On top of that the conditions of the course have gone tremendously downhill in the last couple years. In addition to that it’s impossible to find a simple drink of water here around the course. Also the golf carts barely work. You’d think for a course charging this much they’d have good conditions and somebody driving around with drinks.

Great golf course! Wonderful layout and super lush greens. Played mid April so some of the fairways and tee boxes had bare spots but the greens were super lush. In fact, a little too lush for my liking. Wouldve been nice for the greens to be rolling a bit faster but I'm sure they'll speed up somewhat later into the Spring. Bunkers were a bit rough though...

What a beautiful setting for a golf course. The scenery was great against the background of the mountains in Southeastern Pa, the western side of the Great Appalachian Valley. The course layout is unique in a way that there are very few holes that are entirely straight. All of the greens have undulations that make putting a challenge. A lot of fairways are broken by an area that either has a creek or some other hazard and combined with the undulations on the greens, presents a challenge for speedy play.

On my way to WV and decided to play a round here based on the price and positive reviews. Whitetail did not disappoint! This course is crafted and carved from the natural landscape. Rivers, ponds and creeks serve as natural obstacles you have to maneuver through and around. Many of the tee boxes are elevated but it’s deceiving. One thing I liked was the yardage markers on the tee boxes also had a mark yardage mark to the end of the fairway. I hold an 11.3 handicap and decided to play the white tees (6243). Not too long, but challenging. Winds were moderate over the front nine. I noticed many o…

Fun course with amazing views. Only played the back 9 due to wind and cold but will definitely be back to play again. Pro shop staff was great too.

While it is a tad on the pricy side, I would definitely recommend playing here. First off, the course is always in good shape. Second, the surrounding area is beautiful and the views on the first tee are great. Lastly, it’s a challenging course that will catch good players out.

Played 36 here last month, was very pleased. The course was much nicer than I expected, very plush with excellent greens. Girls in the pro shop were very well trained--really knew their stuff--explained where the tees were, practice facilities, etc. and got us out before a large bus of high school kids showed up to practice. Highly rec this place !!
