In summary

Whitewater Country Club, now known as Willow Brook, is frequently praised for its well-maintained 9-hole course with challenging layouts and a pleasant atmosphere, complemented by a friendly and accommodating staff. The club is also noted for its popular Friday fish fry and reasonably priced amenities. However, some visitors have reported issues with certain staff members' professionalism and the need for improved course management, particularly regarding pace of play and cart rental procedures.

What a beautiful place to play golf! Affordable, yet challenging; our group has come for years and enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Very nice 9 hole golf course. Old school course with nice bunkering. Pretty holes and in good condition for November. It used to be the Whitewater C.C. Good holes are #2, #4, #5, #6, #8 and #9. Great for a quick 9. It is an easy walk with a few hills. Bar and food are available and a nice patio area.

Golfer there on 10/26/25. Used GroupGolfer certificates. Nice fair and challenging 9 hole course. I played blue tees. Par 5's were just under and just over 500 yards. One par 3 was over 200 yards. Nice elevation changes. I liked it and will be back.

Gem!!! Do not judge it likes normal nine. Very well maintained. Amazing and accommodating staff for our large party and the nicest and most helpful ranger I’ve ever had. We had two 7 handicaps and even they said it was a fun course with some tricky holes that challenged them. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area. Thanks again to the staff for accommodating the bachelor outing for my brother.

WOW! We love Willow Brook! “A hidden gem!” The golf course is really fun, and the FISH FRY is the Best! The staff is wonderful, the drinks are perfect (and nicely priced) and the cod and walleye were GREAT! The whole dinner was delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and cheerful. Our favorite place now!

Was a very nice 9 hole course. Great young lady that was bartending. The only issue is the old lady who is the ranger. She cam out to my group of 5 telling us she hates that because it ruins the flow. Then tells us we only paid for 9 when we paid for 19. But lets a group of 12 play. So rude when we asked to just jump a few holes in front of the big group. And rudely wouldn’t let us. So we went back and got a refund and will not be returning back to that course.

In all reality the course is mediocre but has potential. The “manager” or the old lady with red hair is rude and not very good at her job. The food is basic. I was there a few years ago and it was way better. Sorry…not sorry!

I have met with distant family and played Willow Brook a few times over the past few years. My latest visit this year was absolutely phenomenal. The folks who have taken over the past few years have really raised the bar on every aspect of the playing, dining, etc..This facility is a real pleasure to use as a central meeting place for our traveling golf family.

Fairways and greens in great shape! Working on some of the sandtraps. Was here years ago. Greatly improved. Reasonably priced golf, drinks and food. Love all the par 5's! Can't wait to give it another try.

This place is a standard 9 hole course in Whitewater. It is understandable that the course is still under renovation and has a few flaws including long grass in bad places and poor bunker conditions. Also, the price is comparable with other courses around the Whitewater area. However, the part that causes me to rate this course 3 stars is the fact that I have to give up my license to drive a golf cart. A waiver is also required but you have to hand over your physical license to the front desk. This can lead to lost licenses or handing back licenses to the wrong person. A better method of "secu…

Best fish fry in Whitewater! Potato pancakes were the best I've ever had. Walleye and Cod were both cooked perfectly and delicious!
