Willow Creek Golf Course

Nice course. I was paired with another couple, thankfully they were very nice people. We had fun and the pace was decent considering how crowded it was. It seems as though they are redoing and creating on this course so be prepared to have very close par 3's. Ladies, do not expect too much advantage on some of the holes. Overall I really liked this course. For my critique I would say update signage to be a little more visible for newcomers. That being said, I did not get lost at all. Scenery was great and this course challenged me.....loved it!

Update: Sept 13, 2021 The course is in great shape. The new owners have fixed it up. The traps have fresh sand. The fairways look great! Greens are coming along. Still a few patches but overall awesome! Still feel like signage needs to be improved. _-----_-------------- It's a pretty straight forward course. Greens are in great shape and running very well. Fairways were good. Tee boxes need a bit of work. The rough is rough, lots of clover and weeds. The course could use some signage for first time players.

Great spot and family friendly. I often had taken my son to Hadley as it's closer to us. However today we ran into all ranges being closed near us. Called to check willow creek and were happily informed they are open. I did make sure that his age would not be a factor as it's not common for someone so young to be out at a golf course. My son has found a love of golfing since he was roughly 2 and each year improving. He is very aware of the rules and safety of being out with clubs. Course was in a good shape for May. Nice facilities. Good pace. Nice change of scenery throughout the course

Best course to play in Rochester. Always well maintained and upgraded. Family friendly, my kids love to play the Little Willow, and the customer service is top notch. Love that they are open during the winter when no other courses are with the 40 degree December days..

What a shame! The par 3 course looks like it has been completely ignored during the drought. Calling the putting surfaces “greens” is the oxymoron of all time. It looks like management just quit watering the greens. They were destroyed. See photo.

It was a great day at Willow Creek today. I went as a single then Larry came up to me on the tee box and said can I join you and I said of course! We then joined Ben on number 3. Great guy home from college. And of then invited Kyle who caught up to us on number 4. My goal is to hit the ball like Larry does at the age of 84⛳️🏌️

Course is really nice, staff is super friendly and rates are really reasonable!

Paid $72 for 9 holes- the greens are awful with big holes in the middle of the course, water in sand traps, water all over the place. Full price for what?

Beautiful and entirety pleasant experience visiting this golf course and it's social facilities in Rochester, MN. Highly recommended for a refreshing day on the links and also for scheduling a rather large social event. Good memories of my day here will last a long, long time.
