In summary

Willowbrook Golf Club is appreciated for its friendly staff, well-maintained greens, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The 27-hole layout provides a variety of playing conditions, and amenities such as a pro shop and restaurant receive positive feedback. However, some visitors express concerns about the bumpy fairways and cart paths, and there are occasional complaints about staff interactions and course conditions following heavy rain.

Has a driving range $6 for 30. Would have been 5 stars but the parking lot has large pot holes that are hard to avoid. Overall a nice place to go by yourself or with friends.

Pros: 3 9 hole courses so there’s always a course open for play. Pro shop employees are very nice. Cons: actual course conditions are terrible. Super super bumpy fairway, random puddles in the middle of the fairways, really wet grass in parts of the fairways on each course, greens are pretty mid. For the price, it’s better to pay slightly extra to golf at another course with better conditions.

First time player here and we will definitely be back. Nice open fairways, short but fun par 3s and $10 to walk 18 before 10am. How can you beat that. Course was in great shape for how dry it’s been.

Real nice 27 hole course! Even if there is a tournament, still have 9 holes open at all times.

Great value! Torrential rain messed up the course (as it would any) Man and woman in the pro shop were absolutely amazing. Can't wait to come back when the conditions are more dry. Service alone gets 5 stars! Thank you, from Canada 🥰🇨🇦

The cart paths need some serious maintenance, the holes are very close together and at times difficult to distinguish but the map that is given is at the pro shop is good reference. The fair ways are incredibly bumpy and felt like a motorcross track at times BUT all in all well kept as far as the actual grass and play of the ball goes. The greens are nice and play well. Over all the experience was nice but the roughness of the cart paths were a definite hinderance.

Phenomenal experience, such caring, kind, gentlemen working. I called asking if we could come in and if they had clubs to rent a kind gentleman told us come on it they will have it all ready for us. I brought my 8 year old for our first together golfing. The sweetest 2 gentlemen helped accommodate us. Had a cart ready with clubs when we arrived. We had a great time, when we were done one of the gentleman cracked some jokes with my 8 year old and even complimented me, that I was my sons sister. Was very very cheap for 9 holes, cart, clubs, and balls. Overall was an amazing experience my 8 year…

I had a great time eating delightful food at your cafeteria. The waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was incredible and I liked that you have a very contemporary style dining area. Most importantly, everything I ordered such as food and beverages on your menu tasted terrific! Even though I did not play golf the course was super well kept. Thank you for your vigilance.

I just played there this past weekend and have not played there in over 30 years and unfortunately I was disappointed that the fairways are STILL bumpy, and up n down. They need to get a grader in to scrap off the highs and fill in the lows. It was like driving a monster truck off road around the entire course. Come on Willowbrook, put some work into the fairways. The clubhouse and staff were nice and the food was good. 5 stars for that. 3 stars or less for the course.

Pro Shop - Well stocked with folks there to help you. Pro - Very inexpensive lessons. He is quick to analyze your swing and help you out. Doug is very kind and friendly. He runs a business that is family oriented and will not tolerate any bad attitudes, language or behavior. The Course - The course is now in the best shape it has been in in many years. It is obvious that the money and labor are going back into the course. The course is made for the golfer that has an 18 handicap. Traditionally a working person's course. Not a Foo Foo Country Club with Hoidy Toidy members. Everyone feels welcom…

Very friendly staff. Nice 27 hole course to go relax. The members there are some of the nicest folks you'll find at any golf club around. Definately worth the price of membership which is also very inexpensive when you considet your getting 27 holes, a pro shop and a great lounge. Doug has done an outstanding job of keeping this course well groomed and playable even through the excessive rain and late snows we get here. Love Willowbrook!

Save your money. Course is mediocre. Owners a liar and actively hostile apparently gets off on harassment. Staff is incompetent and has a hard time understanding what they are told. Wouldn't recommend. Wesley Island state park and Watertown are better courses for the same price.
