Range is a absolute joke and so as the chipping area. They rarely let you hit off the grass only on sundays. The Greens dont ever read true. Lastly if you go eat or drink the clubhouse it takes about a eternity to get a drink or food and there always understaffed. This place used to be pristine. After Covid everything has went to shit. Lastly the absolute slow play every single time you go out there doesnt matter which time or day. For the price of the membership its not even close to other clubs around. Golf carts need updated. 4k for the initiation fee and 1000 a month for not great service.…

Nice place to play. The front nine is a bit challenging, but you can take it easy on the back nine. Beautiful holes and nice lake alongside a few of them. They have decent rates and you can head out to the range before starting as it is over by hole 1. You can also enjoy some food after number nine, or enjoy the bar as well after a round. You won't be disappointed!!!

I have never felt so unwelcome at any course. The greens were HORRID!! The service was nonexistent. I was in town and decided to play with a member friend, we were met with utter rudeness. Once we saw the condition of the grounds, we asked for a refund as there was no disclosure of the conditions of the grounds.$107 trashed. No one even apologized for the inconvenience but rather let us know, stay or leave. Dear golf club community. Today I write with a tear in my eye. I have recently moved to this beautiful neighborhood. Today with this beautiful weather would be, a perfect golf day. Unfortunately my 1st time experience was ruined by a Staff person . Peggy Roberts. Who came by my location to remove my golf balls. Then asked if I was a member? I am a black lady. This was my first time playing Windermere however, it won't be my last. There are multiple tee boxes for all skill levels. The rough is distinguished. There aren't many OB but lots of hazards. Plenty of dogleg holes (MOSTLY right). The greens were RIGHTEOUS and rolled at least a 10 😮

We were at the club for the Forsyth County Ladies League luncheon, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff is always friendly.

I recently joined here and could not be happier with my decision. I've played golf for 20+ years, and the layout of the course alone makes it one of my favorite courses I've ever played, if not my very favorite. The pro shop and staff have all been amazingly accommodating and friendly. It is such a blessing to have this place as my new home course. Everything about the place has exceeded my expectations!

Nice greens, slight weed. Old man at pro shop extremely rude and ignorant. New practice mats at range are def an upgrade! Pretty good overall place:)

We love it here. The course is always kept up, the club house is nice, food/drinks are good, and the staff is amazing.
