Woodlands Links Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, challenging layout with varied terrain, and friendly staff, offering good value for money. The course is described as beautiful, with lush landscapes and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a popular choice for both casual and regular golfers. However, some visitors have mentioned issues such as slow pace of play, bug problems, and occasional customer service challenges, particularly regarding tee time reservations and policies on bringing infants.

The course has some really nice terrain and some holes that require precise placement shots. The conditions were great, with a few dry fairways which is totally understandable with having a couple of weeks of temperatures into the 30's. The greens were in fantastic shape. It was our first time playing there and the staff were helpful and friendly. Their rates are quite reasonable, which was a factor in us driving over an hour to try out the course.

New Mom and golf lover - we’ve brought our 9 month old daughter golfing with us all season to multiple courses both private and public and have been welcomed. Woodlands was the first to refuse us because of our daughter… Wanted to leave review to warn other new parents not to waste your time as they won’t allow infants.

Just OK. course was very dried out. But the greens are good. Lots of hole variety. Terrible bugs Bring the spray. A number of blind shots. Sand traps are in great shape. Very very busy and slow pace of play.

Great spot for golf, in great shape and someone does a fantastic job on the gardens. Now if they could only carry Ontario ciders, and sweet potatoe fries I'd be totally impressed

Price point is low for such a lush and well kept course. Great work grounds team. Club house staff , all smiles and very helpful. Might join as a member it was that nice.

Nice course for both casual and regular golfers. Course is fairly well-maintained and offers good challenges on many holes. Clubhouse is pretty nice and would be a decent choice for hosting tournaments and/or events as well. Overall a good experience for our first time there. Will definitely consider golfing at Woodlands Links again!

First year being a member and I’m glad I chose Woodlands. Mike and all the staff have the golfer in mind! The greens are prime, the facilities are excellent and the property is beautiful if your are a golfer that wants a course that makes you love the game even more! Thanks Mike!

Very beautiful and apparently well maintained course featuring several par 5 holes, rolling low hills and mature trees. This course seemed long to me and favours golfers with better driver and fairway play. None of the holes were impossibility hard but there are plenty of sharp dog-legs, water hazards, and narrow fairways to be sufficiently challenging (to say the least). I found the greens were undulating and tricky. I am not a good golfer and got a terrible score on the day. Just the same, I still enjoyed the beauty and challenge of a course this size. Of course all staff were friendly and w…

The golf course is very beautiful. Sadly the bugs that fly around your head from number one through 18, will drive you crazy. Golf course five stars, bugs one star . Will not play it again unless they do something about them.

Can't believe that we were able to play the course today...even after all the rain we had this week. Course drained fairly well. Some standing water in bunkers and low areas, but what do you expect after 4 inches of rain in 36 hours. Staff were friendly and cart girl stayed out even in the rain.

I have played here for years. Currently the Tee blocks are not kept up at all. Many areas of the ruff are plain packed dirt with stones making it impossible to hit off of. First year I’ve played there with a ranger who thinks to much of himself. He was not present to see our group start and assumed our timing on the front 9 was 2hrs which in his opinion was too long. When in fact it was 1 hr 40 min. He then continued to hound us even on the 11th hole with no one around. Seems power hungry and unprofessional. Clubhouse staff up front were great, no complaints there. If your looking to get ou…
