In summary

Woodlawn Country Club is appreciated for its friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and the challenging layout of its course, which features mature trees and a well-maintained driving range. Many visitors enjoy the atmosphere and food offerings, noting improvements under new ownership. However, some golfers have expressed concerns about course maintenance, particularly regarding the condition of the rough, fairways, and sand traps, which have affected playability for some.

Course was well rated online so decided to check it out with my son. Big mistake, decided to head home at the turn. There is no 1st or 2nd cut rough, just knee high grass and weeds 2 feet off the cart path. I lost 5 balls because they were 5 feet into the rough. Really disappointing since the course had potential if it wasn't so neglected. I've paid half the price for courses that were in twice as good of shape. Traps were terrible and fairways and greens in pretty bad shape too. Save your money and find another course.

Will always love Woodlawn. It's not by any means a high dollar course but a great place to go whenever you are wanting to play and save some money. Staff is friendly and there is no problem with the course at all that I've found. The greens are well taken care of and its great for what you spend!

This place is a real bad place too work and play golf they have people that lie on you and the owner doesn't actually look into stuff they really don't know what they are doing. Why are they in business. This place deserves zero star's. And the place is full of rat's and all kinda bugs I've never in my life seen be careful when you go here if you don't want too end up sick. The health department really need too pay them a visit

Great old school golf course and country club. Reasonably priced green fees. Great driving range. Course plays tight and trees will challenge you on your drive. Grounds are well maintained.

Wife and i played there today. Greens were nicely kept. A little hard but our lack of rain caused that. The cost is low. You get more than you pay for. Woodlawn has been open a long time and I dont want it to go the way of Grayson, Texoma, Silverado and Northern Challenge. Lets all support the local courses they deserve our support. Chuck

Great course, very reasonable price , the only thing I find that needs improvement on is the sand traps don't get me wrong, it is no high dollar course by no means. But a fun place to play.

Course management is disgustingly bad, hit ton of fairways but still couldn’t find our balls due to unmowed fairways and roughs. Dont get me started on the greens.
