I don’t think I have ever seen such a beautiful and great condition (both fairways and greens) on a public course, especially a muni. Kudos to the maintenance team. Big and nice practice facility. Staffs were friendly and professional, including starter. The pace of play is on a slow side because the gap between each group is 8 minutes, I think. But it is worth it since the surrounding of the course is quite peaceful. Golf carts got GPS and Bluetooth speakers too, yes, on a muni. All I’ve done so far is the par 3 course. But I’m incredibly grateful for a low-cost opportunity to work on my game. You pay once and play as much as you want, just honor other parties and their time. 60 - 180 yard holes, almost no bunkers. Tee boxes are nasty, I like the fairways, and greens are rough as well.. few take care of their ball marks. But even from a poor tee box, you learn more about the game and become more versatile of a player. And I’ll take that all day long. This is an awesome public track, not super difficult. Lotta nice part 3's greens are fairly fast. Well maintained, and the guys in the clubhouse are really nice

Solid track! Fast greens, solid fairways, very wide open and a fun time! Only reason it’s not a 5-star is because I’m picky and save 5-star reviews for the best of the best. Good bang for you buck, a fun track that won’t disappoint you! Only con is it’s FAR OUT THERE in Laveen. Good pace of play, nice views and a couple birdie putts only make it better 😉

First time going here. It was last minute and pretty late, so we got on the par 3 nine hole course (walking). It was pretty inexpensive, less than twenty dollars. It's a small course but it was fun and challenging. Very well kept. It wasn't too crowded, so we weren't held up on any hole. I have always gotten at least my money's worth. Aguila GC is an exceptional golfering experience. I frequently play the 9 hole practice course for tune ups and correction. Affordable, and fast pace of play. With complimentary playback. Can't say enough about this course.

Tee boxes a little rough but playable. Otherwise greens and fairways all on good shape, fun course with little challenges sprinkled in here and there. Also very very affordable if you have Phoenix City card.

Definitely the best public course I've ever played in. Except some muddy little area (caused by the rain ☔ the day before), everything here is just on point 👉. The back 9 is an upgraded version of the front 9, course design is more beautiful (with ponds), and more challenging. Play hole 18 with the afterglow, is one of the best golfing experiences ever!

Set in South Phoenix, Aguila meanders through the desert with views of South Mountain from many holes. Great practice facility that faces South which might be tough for some (me included) to see the ball as you will be hitting into the sun in the winter months - at least part of the day. Nice Chipping and one of the best putting greens in the valley with views of 9, 18 and the golf shop/clubhouse. Great 9 or 18 course - greens and fairways are well kept. Whether to enjoy a short game to learn and improve the skills of driving, chipping, and putting - or just have a good hang out with friends/family this is a perfect place. Love that we can pretty much play all year long here in Phoenix. I actually take my son and daughter to play here so they grow to love and appreciate the game. 👊🏼

Awesome course. In great condition even in mid-June. Great views of the nearby mountains. The fairways and greens are in fantastic condition and greens are fast. All in all, a great experience and well worth a play if in the Laveen/South Phoenix area.
