Raven Golf Club

Phenomenal golf course with a bit of a different feel than the typical desert style golf you see while down in Arizona. We played here recently on the final day of a 4 day golf trip and were not disappointed. The course was beautiful and played well. With it being close to Scottsdale where we stayed, it felt like we didn't have to drive far to get there and felt like we were playing a high end country club. It was an awesome golf course and super fun to play.

7 of us played in the afternoon in Feb. 22/26 on guys golf trip. Been meaning to play here for years but always had Troon cards, glad we finally got out. Course conditions and staff were great. Course is tree lined so a little different than typical desert golf but we really enjoyed that . Great design and mix of holes. Really fun course to play for all levels of golfers. Great patio too! If you can find a tee time in your price range, book it! We will definitely be back.

I’ve been wanting to play this course for a while now and i finally made it for a birthday round with my friends this month and it did not disappoint. Raven Golf Club is a beautiful desert course with lush fairways, smooth greens, and stunning mountain views. The layout is challenging but fair, the staff is welcoming, and the overall experience feels polished and relaxed. A must-play in the Valley. The clubhouse was delicious for pre drinks & lunch as well.

This is a go to golf experience. Great condition, fun to play. Played here 20 years ago and it just keeps getting better. Still have the Raven towel on my bag.

Beautiful, beautiful course and a wonderful overall golfing experience. At this price point our group was looking for close to perfection and Raven golf club delivered. Of the 3 rounds we played on our trip, the service was best at Raven, incredibly friendly staff including a marshal driving around with ice cold refreshing towels. The course itself is stunning and a changeup from the other desert courses we played. Lined with pine trees and flowering bushes, during Masters week.. it felt more like Augusta than Phoenix! Raven Golf Club is a midwestern style golf course in the desert of Phoenix in the city. The staff was very friendly and the practice facilities are very nice. Just wasn't very impressed with the course was on a guys golf trip and out of the 5 we played least favorite. I would prefer playing AK-Chin S. Dunes. or Estrella just to name a few. Better bang for your buck. The locals raved about this course because like I said its something different than the normal desert course in the area.

Top notch, wonderful layout and pace of play! Also, incredible with support! Had amazing trip to Phoenix, topped by round at Raven - must stop on any trip for golf. After terrific day w great golf, conditions and staff, I found out I left multiple clubs on the course. Without hesitation, staff assisted with shipping back home after finding said clubs. This is as good as it gets! Thank you to Raven Club staff - lifesaver and truly appreciated! We will be back again next trip - making it a must stop in Phoenix at Raven!!

A great day at Raven today. The course was in great shape and the greens were rolling fast. All the staff - Pro Shop people, on-course servers, back shop guys and player hosts were all super friendly and hospitable. Well done! Thank you.

This review is dated for 1-2-25. Course was amazing condition. Beautiful layout, challenging but fair. Fairways are generous. Greens fast. Would play here again. Great pace of play

It’s clear that someone with professional landscaping knowledge is involved in the maintenance. Every hole was beautiful and very well cared for. The staff were extremely friendly, and the turf was excellent. From the driving range to each hole, I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Highly recommended.

As the other reviews say I was not disappointed in Raven in fact it exceeded my expectations. Had a country club feel to it. I was amazed at all the trees. The course was immaculate and a shout out to the grounds crew for a job well done. The staff in the proshop was very friendly and helpful. The cart guys and starters were very friendly. We played 18 had lunch then they got us out before our second time ensuring we wouldn't be rushed before we had to catch a flight. Highly recommend playing Raven if you have the chance.

Great practice facility! As good as my private club - Pauma Valley CC. Driving range has beautiful fairway-quality grass; the practice green putted true and didn't have ridiculous slopes ( I hate when practice greens don't provide any straight putts to practice); and I didn't use the practice pitching area, but while it didn't look large it looked like it had a nice setup. I will definitely be back here for practice sessions
