What a beautiful course! Great value, well maintained, friendly staff (Brennan was great with the advice on how to attack the course after hole 6). I will definitely try to come back and play when I return to phoenix.

We considered canceling the tee time because of previous reviews. I guess those people are PGA champions and only play on Augusta like courses. Let me tell you this place is nice. Greens were incredible fairways are great and staff are awesome. The only reason a 4* is because there is no 4 3/4* available. I would 5* but there is no snack shack. Great place highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of playing the course this morning. It was in very good shape, a few spots were a bit rough but really nothing to take away from the 5 stars rating. Very nice scenery, back nine is completely different from the first nine, much more of a desert feel to it. It's my first time playing in Arizona, as a Canadian, I must say that the price is high when converted to our poor performing currency. That being said, I am here on a business trip and it was totally worth the experience. I definitely recommend the golf course, the staff both in the pro-shop and everyone around the golf…

My wife and I had a great morning out at Arizona Grand Golf Course and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. We booked a tee time and found the price to be very reasonable, especially considering the course’s great location in Phoenix right off the freeway, its excellent condition, and the unique, fun layout. Each hole brought its own challenge, which made the round exciting and not to the point where you feel defeated on the level of difficulty. I especially appreciated how wide the fairways were on most holes, giving some breathing room off the tee, while the greens added a good l…

Beautiful and challenging course. We had a great time playing here. There is no driving range but they do have a warm up area where you hit balls into a net. Definitely will come back to play.

Interesting design. Front page is a resort style and back nine is desert style design. I probably liked the back nine more but it did have a lot of blind tee shots so if its your first time that can be tricky. The back nine was also a lot more narrow off the tee. The green were in great shape and rolled well and pure.

This place is NOT EVEN CLOSE to being worth the $150+ they charge mid morning & weekends. I am not exaggerating when I say this, YOU WILL PLAY A 5 & 1/2 HOUR ROUND, MINIMUM. They stack their tee times 5 minutes apart which I literally have never seen anywhere. Every single hole after hole #3 we had 3 separate groups on the same tee box waiting, the entire day. Don’t get me wrong, it is a nice course, short, but nice. Maybe I guess if you can get an early morning tee time you might have a better round, but overall, for the $$$ they charge, you are better off spending your money elsewhere at a…

Too much pressure for fast play from rangers (3), that harass you constantly. 5 times in 9 holes, twice on hole 9 (Tom). Setting is nice, course is trash. Went there for nostalgia, with lesson learned. 8/9/25-Gave the place a second chance. Huge mistake. There are way better courses to play for cheaper. Course is in worse shape, needing major repairs, and potentially new management if they do not change the culture of employees. Ranger Tom is still there harassing player on the course, by yelling at people. Overall, worse golfing experience for a premium price

What an amazing golf course! It has short and long holes. The greens were so smooth! It’s a challenge for all skill levels! Definitely a diamond in the rough! You have to add this course to your MUST PLAY golf trip to the AZ! The staff was absolutely amazing as well!!! We will be back to play again!

Just visited here on a golf trip. Out of multiple courses we have played in the Phoenix area I believe it had the best views and most unique holes. The only potential drawback was the quality of the course but it still was not terrible. Staff was very friendly as well and would recommend to anyone who wants to play a course with great views!

I’m not a bad golfer. I’m not great; but not bad. Usually about bogey golf or a little under. This course is tough. Despite the par 70 number and length, it is a course full of bunkers, water, and unforgiving fairways. I lost more balls than I would like to admit. That said, it is a pretty course, especially on the back nine. The front is too near roads and houses for my liking, but the fairways were in good condition and the greens were well kept. Visit at the peril of a couple sleeves of balls and you may enjoy.
