This course felt AMAZING. Granted, my experience so far is cheap golf, so any place with a nice tee box and greens feels luxury to me haha but I have played at expensive courses too and this felt really nice still, even though it wasn’t priced obnoxiously high. It has these rolling hills that you REALLY want to stay off of otherwise you’re hitting uphill and downhill. My ball rolled like 50 feet cause I hit the top of a hill once. Challenging, insane views, beautiful golf, great value. Highly recommend

We joined a tournament here. It was my first experience on a golf course. The staff were welcoming, the cart girls were great. The course was fun and manageable for a rookie. We played a scramble, thank goodness. Overall we had a great time! Would come again.

AZ Traditions is one of those courses that just feels good to play. The layout is fun without being overwhelming, making it a great choice for golfers of all skill levels. The driving range is a standout feature — spacious, well‑kept, and perfect for warming up or getting in a focused practice session. What really sets this course apart, though, is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making the experience enjoyable. From check‑in to the final hole, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. If you’re looking for a course in the West Valley t…

Excellent course staffed by consummate professionals. Today a “fun” tournament went off and bogged the whole course down with the slowest pace of play Ive ever seen in 30 years of golfing. After numerous warnings to pickup the pace, the manager made the correct decision to pull the tourney players off the course with a few holes left to play. She is a pro’s pro. Saw the big picture and gave the tourney players every chance to finish, but did not shy away from making the tough decision when the course came to a near standstill. Our round behind the tourney was over 4hr, but would have easily be…

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst golf course that I’ve ever been to. Their greens look like a five-year-old maintains them their pro shop reeks of sewer, gas, and the staff even acknowledge that it’s been that way forever and they just refuse to fix it. The staff is very rude and rushes you. The food is horrible. The $75 that they are charging for a horribly maintained course seems very expensive. Was quite funny that we were on pace with what their scorecard said. The pay should be, and the Ranger came up to me and almost started a fight with me over us needing to hurry w…

Can't beat the guys assisting at the Arizona Traditions, helpful, knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. The course was recovering at the time I golfed as the pump station went out the previous Saturday. I was impressed at how they'd maintained the course as a whole, nicer than others in this area. I had a great day and enjoyed the company of the regulars I was allowed to golf early with. I will be back and suggest this course for your next outing.

Love the layout of this course. Greens and fairways are in great condition. The grill in the pro shop has great hamburgers. They cook them outside on the grill (might be a time of the year thing). Staff is friendly. Well maintained course and surroundings.

Played in the Surprise Charity golf tournament there today. 3 course was over seeded 3 weeks ago, and new winter grass filled in nicely on the fairways, and the greens. Several of the Tee-boxes were in rough shape, #3 bronze Tee-box was the worst; you could sprain an ankle on the ruts.... The greens were a fluffy and slow, but that's to be expected at this time of year.

We were there for a late morning T time on Sunday. Got paired up with a nice couple. I was pleasantly surprised how green everything was this time of year. The greens themselves were pretty fast. The speed of play was very comfortable.

Awesome course and well kept. Fairway and greens are perfectly prepared. Couldn't ask for a better round especially for the price of $64 in cool Arizona weather.

Unbiased review: •you pay for what you get, $25 for a reason •has a lot of potential if they actually cared for the course. fairways and tee boxes were pretty decent, but the greens were horrible. •super fun course and layout though, it could be a really good course •Lady in the shop was interesting, I thought I prepaid for the round and when I walked in, I told her that exactly, then she says in a rude tone “that I still need to check in”, which I was literally doing😂
