Arrowood Golf Course is well maintained overall. The greens aren’t in perfect shape, but the fairways are nicely kept, and the layout—featuring elevated views overlooking the town—adds to the beauty of the course. It’s not overly easy or difficult, making for a fun and balanced round. I’d definitely be willing to play here again.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, especially for golf courses, because I understand maintenance is part of the game and conditions can vary. However, this experience left me frustrated enough that I felt it was worth sharing. I booked a round here to celebrate my son’s birthday, expecting a fun day on the course. Prior to the round, there was communication that the greens had recently been aerated, which is completely understandable. Any golfer expects some bumps and imperfections after aeration. The issue was that the actual condition of the greens was much worse than what I would co…

Played course on 29 April 2025. Course had great practice facilities with a full size range, chipping, and putting greens available. The range is turf and has trackman technology. Tee boxes are level and cut nice. Fairways were punched but still in good shape. Greens rolled perfectly. The bunkers are well maintained. I must say the course staff in the pro shop and the starter made me feel welcomed from the moment I got to the course. they layout of the course is challenging and has elevation difficulties that make you choose your clubs correctly. I definitely recommend this course to everyone.…

Fun golf course hard and fast greens fairways in good shape. The only downside was it was $120 on a Friday to ride and it too over 5 and a half hours to play. Nice driving range, putting green, and chipping area.

Arrowood Golf Course was the perfect place to celebrate my father-in-law’s 60th birthday. We played on a Friday afternoon, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The course itself is absolutely beautiful—well-maintained fairways, pristine greens, and stunning views throughout. It’s clear that the staff takes great care in keeping everything in top shape, and it really shows in the playability of the course. One of the standout features of Arrowood is how open it feels. Unlike some courses where you’re constantly waiting on the group ahead, the pace of play here was smooth and enjoyable…

This course was fantastic. I played at 7am so it was a little overcast, I bet it would have been even nicer once the sun came out. This is a really nice and affordable place to play and I will definitely be back!!!

Excellent all around! The grounds and course are stunning. Everyone on staff is incredibly kind (Bob is the BEST!) and we love the family-friendly environment. We're there at least once a week thanks to the Apex program and youth team programs. The Flight Deck driving range is our favorite!

I played here about 5 weeks ago and I am surprised that they kept the course open so long with the greens in the condition they were in. I paid full green fees of $120 and was not to happy about the condition of the greens and the course as a whole. Judging from all of the other negative reviews and bad business practices by management, I do not think Arrowood will ever be able to recover from this fiasco. I know I will never give them a another dime.

Heading down Monday to play. Live in OC. Love this course. Conditions, layout, people, F&B and price. Great value and highly recommend.

Great course. I went early on a Monday and was the second tee time. Pace of play was easy going (no one behind me for 3 tee times). The course was beautifully maintained. Greens were super fast which costed me some extra strokes. Even though the course is in a neighborhood, the fairways are wide enough you don’t have to worry about hitting a house (unless you have a really bad slice).

I was very pleasantly surprised by this golf course. We moved here a year ago and been checking out the golf scene… it’s probably in the top three for us, that’s including Torrey Pines. It’s beautiful, has great views, and the food is really good. Challenging, good pace of play, and amazing greens! A little pricey but very worth it
