The place has a good layout but needs grass everywhere especially on the tee box. Hardly no grass on many tee boxes, mostly sand. I told my wife "I have never had to tee off out of so many bunkers in my life!"

My daughter and grandson loved playing the course!! Great staff- especially Ira and Bobby! They helped the kids meet PGA Pro Jim Dent!! It is a little patchy in areas and greens were challenging!

Golf course was in very good shape. There are a few tee boxes that needed a little attention and 1 fairway that needed some attention & 2 frees that need some attention.. Other than that not much to really complain about on course conditions. Definitely some good improvements from where it used to be. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds with the help of ANGC and Augusta Tech. Renovations start next January.

Beautiful smooth fast greens.. fairways lack grass and if your in a cart, mind your speed, they may be slow, however fast enough to jar your fillings on the very bumpy fairways. Every green is roped to prevent carts from getting anywhere close so plenty of extra walking will be involved. I also have to mention the return area for carts forces a two story high hike uphill to return to your vehicle from behind the clubhouse. Not user friendly!
