Bensalem Township Country Club

I’ll start off by saying my review may be a little off because I had just completed 18 holes earlier in the day on a 95 degree day. That being said, the course was fun and challenging but not too challenging!. The rough was ROUGH (as in thick) apparently it had been raining non-stop for like 3 weeks. Some tee boxes were fine. Others were like a grenade went off. Amenities that I saw included a bar and grill, pro shop was amazing, practice greens, and putting greens!. The course is in really good shape as of mid-April 2026. Fairways are lush and green as is the rough. Greens are fast. Some of the tee boxes are under construction which was needed. I'm sure they'll be opened and nice and green in a few weeks.

I hosted a Bridal Shower there this past Saturday. I can not say enough how happy I am with the entire Staff. From beginning to end, they truly made the entire experience a memorable one. When I initially went in to visit with Toni to see the space, she was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. The day of the shower, I arrived a bit early but the bar tender Christine/Christina greeted me and helped me with the things I need to start setting up. Have played here a bunch before, but I’ve never seen the tee boxes be in such bad shape before. Completely dirt and can’t fit a tee in the ground without bringing a hammer. Disappointing because this course has a lot of promise!

Great staff! They work closely with PGA hope to help veterans. The access to parking and the distance to the range is well setup. This is a nice location for people looking to play close to south jersey and not inconvenient. The greens are well maintained and the difficulty is medium.

I've been here for 3 wedding and it's such a nice experience every time. I love this place for weddings because the ceremony are is in a shaded little nook where there's a wooden gazebo. It's also great for photo ops with lots of space to work with. Over by the entrance of the venue outside the door is an amazing view of the sunset, so you can sneak out for 5 minutes for a few nice shots as the sun goes down!

Nice course, great staff, greens in great shape. Course is challenging but an easy challenge. Food is wonderful and they have all the extras you would need as a golfer if you forget anything :)

I was surprised. This course was always in great conditions but the tee boxes were really bad this time. Maybe it seasonal but I was surprised to see them in such condition. The fairways and greens were in great shape.

In 2018, my parents held an engagement party for my sister. When it came time for their next child’s engagement in 2023, they immediately thought of the country club! We scheduled my other sibling’s engagement party for 2/11. About a couple weeks before, we came by to tune out the fine details before the event. Everyone was so personable and patient, and we had a genuinely pleasant time mapping things out and getting some added helpful insight! I think it is despicable that they only cut the grass on the course. When you drive down Humerville Rd against the fence its looks horrific. As a Bensalem resident I can't stand looking at that for months. and it is bringing the quality and my property value down. I can't believe the township allows it. Cut the grass around your property on the main roads!!

Course has a nice layout with a good mix of par 3,4 & 5's. Driving range is good and entire staff is very friendly. The course Tee boxes are truly horrible, not a level grassy area to be found. Not sure why these are not addressed. Fairways are kept well, sand traps are in desperate need of sand and greens are in good shape but very hard surface.

Went to a luncheon there. They did a great job.
