In summary

Rancocas Golf Club is appreciated for its challenging layout, varied shot options, and overall course condition, especially the greens, which many find to be in great shape. The staff is generally noted for being friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to the experience. However, some golfers have expressed concerns about the condition of the bunkers, uneven tee boxes, and occasional issues with pace of play. Additionally, the absence of certain amenities like on-course food and beverage services and the presence of range balls on the course have been mentioned as areas needing improvement.

As a teaching pro for 37 years now LPGA PGA just getting back to New Jersey also worked on us kids Golf and many minor league tours Preparing People for the PGA and LPGA this course offers so many varieties of different golf shots it would be awesome if they had a pro like myself that can actually teach on this course every shot is there it could become part of their memberships or whatever is such a beautiful please with so many different types of shots and options I used to study there underneath the great late Paul Midiri one of the greatest PGA coaches ever. I've been everywhere in New Jer…

Some fairways are better than others, sand traps need a little attention. I would come again, super close to my home in Delran. They're currently doing some construction on hole 2, which is closed today.

First tee time Friday 8/23 and my first time playing here. Course is in really great shape for the price ($41). Not terribly difficult or long, which is great for my skill level. Some interesting holes and greens. Driving range was closed, I think this is normal on Fridays to prepare for the weekend. Greens were recently aerated but played fairly well. Some deer met me on the first hole. Finished in 3 hours (the joy of teeing first) Will most definitely be back!

Course is in good shape. Bunkers strategically placed. Some holes can be challenging. Overall a friendly course.

Best condition it’s been in years. The tee boxes are finally even/flat and have grass. The fairways are ok, there are some dry/dead spots here and there. The greens are in great shape, not perfect, but great shape. The bunkers are still trash. No sand and lots of grass and weeds inside. I’ve been disappointed at this course the past few years, but I was very happy this last trip. Looking to coming back.

Great layout, challenging, they get some dumb golfers out there sadly, good luck finding a tee box with a flat spot on it, it won't cost you a stroke if you move some rocks out of the "sand" trap. Place would be near perfect if they fixed sand and tee boxes. It's a BYO municipal course though so how much can you expect...

Staff is nice enough but the course was in rough shape. Sand traps we're almost entirely hard-packed dirt. No first cut between fairway and rough. Has the potential to be a very pretty and peaceful course if it was better maintained (or not during Covid?). Almost no food or beverages available for purchase, no on course services or facilities. Not complaints, just facts.

What a joke for a course. $90 to play a round is outrageous. Everything is beat up from tee to green. Pace of play is an absolute joke. Don't waste your money playing this course. I certainly will not be back.

i have never seen more ignorant grounds keeper. Getting ready to swing and they drove right down middle of fairway up to green and turned on sprinkler . another one was on the green as we are putting slamming a device into ground fixing divots . tee boxes and fairways were in bad shape . very disappointed for the price to play. Will never play here again

came here for a golf outing that was a charity, was chased around by golf nazis the entire time policing timing and experience. run by miserable old men with nothing to do. terrible in every way, don’t recommend

First course I’ve seen that doesn’t allow anyone to walk the course. No alcohol and the “halfway house” only accepts cash. Otherwise the course conditions were decent. Greens have a decent amount of pitch marks, but overall not too bad. $85 is a bit high for this course, especially when compared to other courses in the same price range and location.
