An amazing beautiful 9 hole course. Fairways and greens in great shape. Nice driving range. Friendly people in pro shop. Such a gem.

**Edit Visited Jan 24th 2025 for my birthday weekend. We do this every year. This course is looking great. Greens are awesome. Still a hidden 💎 🤙🏻 Thanks Buncombe So glad I stopped in. This place is tucked away but worth the drive. The people running the place were amazing. The course was beautiful. Starting in open pastures and winding into a beautiful treeline. A couple tough driving holes. I even paired up with a local named Jimmy toward the end of my round. The gentleman gave some great info regarding local golf in the area. Can't wait to make my way back out to this piece of heaven on ea…

Delightfully wonderful and deceptively hard in spots and an overall enjoyable 9-hole course that you get in 18 by going around twice. Found myself saying, "if I play this course again, I will do xyz different on this hole..." well I did and shot better, full 4 strokes the 2nd time around. Staff is all friendly and personable, make you want to come back! From the photos, you would think the course is not in good shape, but it actually is. The fairways are cut and the greens felt like they rolled at PGA speed. They were nice and smooth and rolled true. My favorite thing of all was the course p…

We always meet up and golf around the new year 😁 it was freezing with the wind chill but we were able to get 9 holes in. We planned to do 18 but we couldn’t feel our hands or faces 😂 greens are impeccable as always thanks to Sheldon’s wonderful groundskeeping abilities!!🥰 we didn’t see “Bax” due to the cold but we’ll catch him next time!!

Buncombe Creek Golf Course is my new definition of a hidden gem. From value to playability to course health to staff, everything about my experience at this course far exceeded my modest expectations of a nine-hole course in the middle of farmland. Solo, I played the nine-hole course twice for $30 in three hours. I'm currently a high handicap and thoroughly enjoyed this course. As it was my first visit, I wasn't sure what to expect. The only time that proved disadvantageous was the opening hole, which I tripled after skulling a pitch over the green. Only after I finished the hole did I see t…

$30 for weekdays $35 for weekends 9 holes and if you wanna play again it’s another $10. It’s a fantastic course! I’d say I’m a decent beginner and so far I’ve played 27 holes and only lost 5 balls

My buddy and I played 18 here yesterday and we had a great time. For the rate you are paying, the course was well kept and cart/range/fees are included. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We will be coming back to play here again soon.

For the price, you cant beat it. The 9-hole course is in pretty good condition, the layout is great for new or below average golfers. The grass is a little tall is my only complaint.

This course is perfect if you’re looking to be bullied and harassed the whole time. The blonde lady working inside on Sunday 7/13/25 had a terrible attitude and acted mad because we PAID to rent multiple carts and had the audacity to want to use what she deemed “too many.” Then one of the guys in our group was harassed, singled out, and yelled at multiple times by the guy on the tractor for doing exactly what everyone else was doing by not staying on the cart path away from the greens and cart paths. I’ve lived on a golf course for many years and as a teenager worked on one, and never have I s…
