The family-owned and operated course is noted for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with reasonable green fees and a laid-back vibe. We were in Nacogdoches for my son's wedding and we wanted to get in a few holes the day before the wedding. We had several in our party and they were very accommodating for our group. It was a nice course and had several challenging holes. They had recently sanded the greens so they have us a discount. The staff was very friendly and I got the assumption that it was a family owned and ran course.

This course is awful. Paid 35 dollars for a green fee and I wouldn’t pay 5 bucks to come back. Everything about the course is terribly maintained and if you are somewhat of a golfer I highly do not recommend

I could never say enough about this wonderful nine-hole course. It is owned, managed, and maintained by an absolutely fantastic family. The course itself is in a beautiful setting with many interesting and challenging holes, yet the green fees are reasonable. You can't help but feel good about paying to play at Birmingham Golf Course!

This course is a great value. Very challenging for the golfer who cannot hit the ball straight... The greens were not in tip top shape however they were puttable. For the yardage, leave the driver alone. Will be planning to go back again. Thanks to the family who runs it.

Great 9 hole course with beautiful scenery! I got there late and played a few holes as the sun was setting low in the East Texas pines...the smell of some small burn piles of pine needles really took me back to childhood days in the Big Thicket...the greens looked to be in great shape(for January golf) as well as decent carts and a friendly family running the course makes me want to come back in the spring..

Used to costal plains golf myself which means FLAT. This one was a challenge but dry enough to play when 2 others in Nac were closed. Great 9 hole while my family did college prep work. Will be taking my fellow flatland golfers next time when we visit. Fantastic little gem of a track.

They call this golf course "the toughest little course in Texas", it's a 9-hole course that's a great challenge who likes to game. The other great thing is they are family owned and operated, since 1994! ps. the scenery is breathtaking spring through fall.

Great little informal golf course.9 holes. A little rough around the edges, but a very laid back atmosphere. I'm covered in tattoos and they have been very welcoming.

Great little course. It’s challenging enough to make you work, but great for a beginner, or someone trying to regain their swing.
