Blue Cypress Golf Club

Great 9-hole course with a few extra holes, including par 4s and par 5s. Truly a heaven for beginners and kids. We always have a wonderful time here!

My family and I played this course after searching for courses in the Jacksonville area and discovering that kids 17 and under play for free this month! We had a wonderful time. Golf carts, beautiful oak trees, well maintained course and a friendly staff. It was an overall great experience!

I like it all ... driving range, 9 holes, and 3 par threes. Putting green isn't large but it's good and can chip a little bit.

I have nothing but good things to say about the manager Pete and Bleu Cypress Golf Course. Pete is very kind and patient. He will teach you all of the tips and tricks to make you a better golfer, whether you’re a beginner or wanted to improve your swing. His teaching methods have allowed me to improve tremendously and quickly as well. The course is always clean and anything you would need is at your disposal. Very “junior” player friendly with great rates. This is nice- I feel like they’re encouraging young players to take up the game or polish up their skills. The remodel is wonderful. Weekend is usually a full field- get the grill going with some burgers and hotdogs would be awesome after a round.

Overall course good for the price. They NEED TO FIX THE RESERVATIONS online to where you don’t have to pay up front or FIX THE OFFICE NUMBER so you can actually reserve tee times. I called 10 times and someone keeps hanging up the phone on me.

Nice course for the price and great for beginner golfers but I really wish they would have a starter or pair up groups the rounds can be extremely slow on the weekends.

There’s an abandoned boat and trailer in the trees hidden inside the golf area I wonder what happened & if anyone is trapped in there but that’s real life scary because why is it still there and where did it come from 🤔

Blue Cypress is in the best condition it's ever been! The greens, tee boxes, and all but 2 fairways are beautiful. They have been working hard to make the conditions great, and I believe the 2 fairways that have very small amounts of bare ground will be just as good as others soon. Smiley, who checked us in, was very pleasant and helpful. Grounds crew were working hard on the course and courteous as to not holding up pace of play. I've been playing this nine hole course since it originally opened years ago, I'm so glad the people operating it are working so hard to make this such a nice course…

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Greens were great, smooth and fast. Others we met on course were awesome. Pace of play was perfect. First game for my son outside of Western North Carolina, and had a great experience. Highly recommend giving them a visit.

Played 1/8/24 really enjoyed the course. Came down from Ohio, played. Few courses and grabbed this one at 730. Fair price for the northern Florida area. Seem to be updating the course. Definitely worth checking out if in the area for a lower priced round. Friendly for beginners as well.

Staff and The Manager are extremely helpful and courteous. The course is super nice with lots of challenges. Greens are nice and fairways even for this time of year.
