In summary

Brentwood Country Club receives praise for its friendly and courteous staff, beautiful setting, and excellent amenities, including a well-regarded restaurant and event hosting capabilities. However, opinions on the golf course are mixed; while some find it in good condition and enjoyable, others criticize the maintenance of the fairways, greens, and bunkers. The pool and tennis areas also receive occasional mentions for needing improvements.

Since my last review course is worse. Fairways need mowing, tee boxes need mowing and unlevel and all of the bunkers are growing in but there are plenty of rakes still laying around. I guess just in case they decide to make them an actual bunker someday. It’s a shame that all the courses around here are subpar. You have to drive an hour in any direction to find a nice golf course.

Absolutely love this place! Great food, fun golf and the two ladies that work in the evening in the golf area are super awesome! Always helpful and polite with me and my family! We are Looking foward to sitting by the pool this summer!! The tennis area could use an update

Lots of bad reviews on the golf course, so I thought I’d check it out for myself. As of 11/1/25, the course is nice shape, greens are nice, and I enjoyed playing here. I’ve played the other two nearby courses quite a bit, I would place this one up there with BD, but not as crowded. Definitely better than HH, and a lot more beautiful than both. This will likely be my new “home” course.

The pool area was dirty and there was no outdoor bartender. We went on the 28th at 11:00 so maybe it was too early but I hope the next time we come the pool will be cleaned

Golf Bros are ruining this course. They seem more concerned with the country club than the course. Fairways are brown, dead grass.....that cattle couldn't even feed on. Greens are being watered but that's it. For the money its not worth it. Go to Bayou Din, if they are booked...better off going to Tyrell Park.

Absolute horrible golf course. There's a reason for $20 green fees. Can't put on a third of the greens. Need to hire an actual course maintenance crew. All the facilities are great other than the course. So much potential in the course layout. Only reason for not giving 1 star is the staff here is awesome. Go see Alicia at the bar!!!

Definitely the best course around Beaumont area, fairways in great shape and cut to the correct length. Greens in good shape apart from hole 1 & 2 but still ok. Pro shop and restaurant staff very courteous and the food was excellent and quick. Great golf club

The golf course is beautiful but the secret to this place is the restaurant tucked away inside. Stumbled upon this place and I'm glad I did. It was prime rib night and it was perfect. I'm glad they had an extra piece for me. I have to come back when they have Sunday Funday by the pool.

Club was supposedly purchased by a local attorney awhile back & to be revamped(?) I used to play golf here in the 80's & frankly, see little difference! Course is in decent shape, but gets worse the further along you go. Greens were actually not burned up, but only because they are way thick & slow! Friendly staff though.

I had the lollipop lamb, they were awesome! Served on a bed of grilled veggies. Melt in your mouth. If you ever find yourself in Beaumont, TX. Try em out, you won't be disappointed!
