Buchanan Fields Golf Course is highly praised for its family-friendly atmosphere, accommodating staff, and well-maintained facilities, including a driving range and a nine-hole course. The venue offers a variety of amenities such as a food truck, event space, and a welcoming environment for both beginners and seasoned players. Some visitors mention minor drawbacks like slow pace of play and rough greens, but overall, the course is appreciated for its accessibility and ongoing improvements under new management.

This is a great place to take the family and hangout plus golf! The staff is very nice and friendly they have a hall to rent at a great price for parties and birthdays. They have all kinds of stuff for the family to do! Skylinks is more than just golf. They also have a food truck.

Can I give this place 10 stars?! It’s great for adults, kids, and dogs — and there are so few places that are fun for all. On top of that, the staff is so friendly and the venue is unpretentious. My only feedback is for other patrons - please clean up after yourself.

Went to the golf driving/practice range. The range is shaded, sofa chairs available, music playing in background, overall a great experience. The golf ball prices are decent. 45 balls for $8, all the way to 200 balls for $20. The field has distance markers, and bunch of goose hanging around. The flying goose and airplanes taking off make for an interesting scenery.

This is the best place to come with kids and practice your swing. Their owner is really taking good care of this place. Every time I visit they add something new. Can’t wait to see what will get change next time.

Not much a fan here, probably won't come again. It's a typical city park type of course, cars rushing by, you may get ER 🚨 when teeing off, no offense to the public authority, but just not a good idea to golf here. No hazards here, pretty easy walk, only thing to pay attention to is that when finishing Hole 3, need to walk through tee box of Hole 9, and then to Hole ⛳ 4, otherwise you'll get a very short round.

Nice driving range, mats are in decent shape and plenty of rubber tees around. Plenty of stalls, but it does get busy. Deal on beer with your bucket of balls if you buy them inside, and nfc pay on the ball machine is convient when your not drinking. Only complaint is they could use more lights on the range for the west side.

Kimmy was amazing!! We had my son’s birthday there and she was so great! She was so quick to help out, kind, supportive and friendly! We’ll definitely be hosting more events there!

Great driving range location and price. Hard to beat $8 for 70 balls these days. Nice to get in some practice and right off the freeway. Plenty of covered stalls to hit from. Just go in the main entrance, probably turn to the right where there's a bit more parking (there's a drop off area on the left if you need to unload your bag) and then head into the main building to grab a bucket of balls. Great for first timers and advanced players! I will edit my review when I play the course but it looks reasonably priced and quick and I think that's a major win for welcoming newcomers into the spo…

Great executive course right off 680, infield location make a perfect before and after work quick fine tuner for your game! More par four's than three's so do bring your long game on. Very close to links style with lots open greens to use your imagination. Afternoon Wind from different directions make Club selection interesting. Winter greens now so do putt it hard! And don't leave without a seared bun dog in 19th hole! Overall I appreciate this little champ... it's courses like this make golf game available to everyone! So come out and play here!

Wish I could give 3.5 stars. Driving range and overall new setup is nice. I can see they are working on improving the course, but greens are still pretty rough and it takes forever to play 9 holes with the pace of play

Under new ownership. New mats and balls in the range, longer hours and the expected price hike. Large bucket is now $15 and they have different sizes. I enjoy the casual environment here as a new golfer. The course and range don’t get too crowded and green fees used to only be $12-14 but I’m sure that value has changed.

Nice welcoming community golf course. Family friendly. Great place for practice or a quick nine holes. Par 31 with mostly 3’s and a few 4’s. Summer 2025: Greens are very slow. A couple of the fairways are pretty rough, with wide areas of dirt and some gopher burrows. Overall, good experience and very friendly people.
