In summary

Diablo Creek Golf Course is praised for its well-maintained greens, challenging layout with water hazards, and accommodating staff. The course offers a range of amenities, including a driving range with lights, a clubhouse with a popular bar and restaurant, and a friendly atmosphere. However, some visitors have noted that the pace of play can be slow, particularly on weekends, and recommend booking tee times early.

Diablo Creek is one of the best-kept public courses I have played in a while around me. The conditions are consistently great, from tee to green. For how well they maintain it, the prices are honestly a steal, super reasonable. The pro shop staff deserves a shoutout too. They are always friendly, and I really appreciated them holding on to the brush I use to clean my irons after I left it behind by accident. Just a solid experience all around. Definitely coming back.

First time playing 18 hole course. Friendly staff. A Hitting range to warm up. The course is very nice . They have a beer Cart driving around . A Club house for the 19th hole. I had a good golf experience will return 👍🏼

Slowest round of golf I have ever played do not come here if you expect anything under a 5 hour round. My 11 am tee time teed off at 11:40 and the front nine took 3.5 hours. Pace of play is unplayable. I’ve given this course countless times to fix the pace of play and they have yet to do anything about it. At one point there was 14 people waiting on one tee box. Unacceptable

Very challenging course. Some super long holes, and several lakes, ponds and creeks. Great layout, excellent condition, soft sand in the bunkers.

Diabolo Creek is a rather nice and easy course to play in, almost every hole is straight ahead, not even too much dog leg left or right One thing worth mentioning is that this course treated me so well that I had a semi-hole in one at hole 2, with my 3rd shot dunked into the hole directly!!!

Real nice public course. Staff was helpful and polite. Fairways were in good shape for a public course. Lots of trees, but fair. The holes playing into the prevailing wind can be real tough. Greens were well maintained, although a little bumpy. But that's a characteristic of this type of green. Nice cafe and bar. Didn't try the food, but it had a great rep.

Patrons and staff are super friendly!!! It's popular and busy, a great place to meet up, catch up, talk story (or crap) and just enjoy the day hitting balls at the range or on the course

Lovely course. We were very helpfully squeezed in after turning up without booking. It was just an opportune round whilst visiting family in the area. A big thank you to the staff who were helpful and accommodating. Very interesting course with no two holes being alike. Greens were very fast with lots to read. Definitely will be playing here again on my next visit.

Love this as a local course , usually in good condition my biggest issue with them is it’s always slow play, they seem to overbook or at least the Marshall’s don’t seem to speed up play with the slow play.i do enjoy it overall that’s the only issue I have with the course. Cart girl is always around and makes her rounds she’s always happy and helpful.

Well maintained course with a good driving range. Tee times are reasonably priced and fairly easy to come by. The restaurant/bar has good food and drink selection.

The practice areas, especially the greens, are well maintained. For how much play they get the ball runs true. The driving range is fine and mats are in good condition. On the course the greens run pretty consistently from hole to hole, the fairways are in good shape and the bunkers are fine, although don’t expect to take much sand since they’re only about a half inch to an inch deep. One of the downsides of the course is the pace of play. It’s pretty slow. We started at 9:28 on a Saturday and finished around 2:45/3ish. Overall, it’s a good course and not a bad rate to play.

I love this place because of its quietness. You can have a rest and feel yourself like professional because instructors here are amazing guys and explain all small details really thoroughly.
