In summary

Buena Vista Golf Course is praised for its affordability and well-maintained 9-hole layout, offering a mix of par 3s and 4s that challenge both beginners and seasoned players with its tight doglegs and small greens. The staff is generally friendly, though some visitors have experienced inconsistent customer service. Common criticisms include uneven tee boxes, occasional wet fairways, and a lack of trash cans on the course.

Really good nine hole course. It’s especially good $15 or so for 9 holes. Course is in pretty good shape for what you’re paying for. (Except for the hole 9 green), I don’t know what terror happened but that green is awful. Overall great course though!

I go here almost every day when its open. It is a great course for a challenge and a good chance you will have a lot of swallowed balls. Tee boxes are pretty bad, not well taken care of and are pretty uneven making teeing up a little difficult. Staff is great here and is excited when you show up, try to get to know them on a name basis! I recommend coming on a dry day as holes 1, 2 , 4, 5, 9 fair ways get soaked. For 15-20$ its a good overall starter course. Will be back.

Fun course. One of the guys at the front is a real tool other one is the complete opposite. Hassled me telling I’m never going to be able to use a push cart/ golf cart because I’m not a resident or injured. I’m most definitely a resident so that was a bit of a shock to hear. Other then that great course

Good value. Challenging little 9 hole course with some tight dog legs and very fast greens. Minimal amenities, but free pull carts and cheap twilight golf. Some challenging Par 3's, and you can use pretty much every club in your bag. Will definitely go back.

Laid back and affordable 9 hole executive golf course. First come, first serve from the starter shack on the hill. Pull carts available, a few golf carts as well, but this is a place you should just carry a bag. Our foursome of men and women plays a relaxing scramble off the forward tees because we're not all as good as the average golfer. Small greens make it a challenge. We made couple of pars and a lot of bogeys but honestly bogey golf is good enough. Fall golf is challenging as well if you miss the fairway. Our second time here and we're keeping it in the rotation. Just mad that I forgot…

You cannot beat this place for the price. A nice quick course if you want a casual 9. A mix of par 3s and 4s, the course is usually in great shape whatever the stage of the season. Greens are mostly quite small but space for the course is at a premium so that figures. I've played here hundreds of times and will probably play a hundred more.

Fun and affordable local executive course. Mostly par 3's and 4's, with dog legs and hills. Biggest negative is there are NO trash cans on the course, so there is litter throughout. A simple fix, not sure why it hasnt been done

What a challenge to play here, probably the most underrated course regardless of length I played all year. However the older man in the pro shop shack had no idea about the pass I had from the ct golfer book. That was frustrating that an employee has no idea what coupons his course is giving out, like I’m doing something illegal. Only drawback was the customer service

Easy, fun, inexpensive course for all ages. Great for beginners. Fairways need some work, but great otherwise 👌
