The club offers a variety of amenities, including a golf course, tennis courts, and a playground, which are well-received by visitors. The course is ok. Lots of brown on the fairway. Also very rough to ride over with carts. Holes are not very well marked. Multiple greens have tons of brown spots. For 60 a round i would have expected. Not terrible but not sure i would be back.

I played the "flat 9" north course three times in the past few weeks and thought it was a great place to start my return to the game. Some of the holes are quite challenging, with only a narrow window to the fairway. No sand or water to worry about. I played the front 9 of the south course this morning and found it in great condition. There are some "ground under repair" spots here and there, but the fairways, greens, fringes, and roughs are all in beautiful condition. Prices are very reasonable. For a senior* who walks and carries his bag, it was only $14 for 9 holes. *Note: the date of bi…

We played 18 today on the South course. The course was in decent but not outstanding condition. There's lots of work being done with new asphalt paving on some cart paths and work being done to improve the drainage. Two issues: 1. The urinals in the men's room need to be cleaned. They stink. 2. The carts do not show distances to the greens or other useful information. They do, however, shut down your cart if it thinks you are not on cart path. The system needs work before they continue using it. While driving ON THE CART PATH on the 16th hole, the cart lost power and refused to go forward. It…

Played the south course this past weekend. Greens were nice. Second Hole was under construction and some areas of the cart path were in process of being rebuilt. Overall was surprised how much money is being put into the course. Definitely will come back when the construction is complete.

This is my sleeper spot, I do my morning runs here it's amazing honestly. They have a nice golf course 🏌🏾‍♂️⛳, tennis 🎾, basketball 🏀 hoops, plus a playground & sprinklers ⛲ for kids enjoyment.. And a decent work out area Pull up bars, shoulder press area 'broken' abs bench and a few other exercise equipment. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Goodwin Park is a fabulous public golf course that tests all facets of your golf game. Their green complexes are difficult but so much fun. Lucky to have this gem of a public course here in Hartford.

Finally played it for the first time, and it’s a good track, even late in the season. The conditions were good and I had fun. Played like absolute garbage, but that’s my fault not the courses fault.

The children play park was dirty, looks like someone slept there under the slide, a large blanket was on the ground under the slide. Lots of garbage all around. I will definitely call city hall to let them know.

First time trying to play here booked a twilight round, they didn’t have carts which was fine, asked for a push cart and they had none so I went on my way. 2 weeks later I booked a morning tee time for saturday a few days ahead. Before I booked I called to make sure they would have carts for 9 hole, they said yes they have carts. Showed up Saturday and guess what no carts, they have limited supply and reserve them for those who are playing 18. There needs to be a disclaimer on their website before booking. Overall would not recommend for the hassle they put you through. TLDR; if you need or w…

Me and one of my closest mates went to play the course . this round we were denied golf carts because were are not licence holders, but we are permit holders. The staff were extremely rude when we pulled out our permits and said we had one last week. We decided to walk the course and save the argument for a better day. when we started the fairways were being mowed and my ball was ran over and split into many parts. when we got to the 7th tee box there was no blue tee markers so we did not know where to play from. Also the head pro was a complete choade he was so rude to us it was like he did n…

Nice course. Greens are in great shape. Cart paths are a mess. They look like they are redoing them. The drainage is awful water everywhere. Will go back when it's dry. It's in good shape even with all the rain.
