In summary

Bulle Rock Golf Club is highly praised for its challenging Pete Dye-designed layout, well-maintained greens, and picturesque setting. The staff is frequently commended for their friendliness and professionalism, and the on-site amenities, including a pro shop and practice facilities, enhance the overall experience. However, some visitors have noted areas for improvement, such as the need for more on-course amenities like water stations and better maintenance of certain facilities, such as locker rooms and tee boxes.

WOW, what a great Pete Dye layout. Very challenging course even if you tee it forward, which I strongly recommend. The staff was great everyone & everything was top notch for this work outing. If you enjoy esthetically pleasing golf...this is your course. Can't wait to be back!!

It was my first time there, it was amazing! While there are some things the can add the experience was amazing. The fairways have grass that support the ball, the rough is Rough, the greens roll true. But the tee boxes on the Par 3s are kinda rough and they dont have little sand buckets to fill divots there is sand on the golf carts. The sand traps had descent amount of sand but they could doctor up the traps in the off season maybe edge them and give them lips so you cant putt out of them. It would have been nice to see a few Water Coolers and bathrooms on the course but there wasn't any that…

Awesome golf course. This is a Pete Dye classic with a ton of challenges that will test your mental and physical prowess. Greens were challenging with subtle slopes but not too tricky. I had missed at least 4 putts under 5 feet on the back nine, so kudos to Pete for making it a little bit tricky. Missing that many short putts would typically make me crazy but I was having a fun day at his course with at least 3 pins that I was able to hit including putting from 69 feet away as well as hitting it from 80 yards away. Moguls were everywhere from fairways to greens. Fairways had a lot of cha…

I had a chance to play the course this weekend with a few buddies. The golf course is in great shape. I highly recommend getting there early and taking advantage of the practice facilities, which are incredibly nice.

Such an amazing and challenging course. In my opinion it’s the best price for quality you can get in MD. I have play multiple time and will be going back soon The driving range and short game area for warming up offers everything needed to prepare for a challenging round.

If you're playing golf in Maryland...you MUST play Bulle Rock. The course is meticulously maintained. The scenery is beautiful. The staff is always friendly and fun. And the pro-shop is pretty much the best I've ever seen (always rotating new designs and manufacturers). It's a bucket list course for sure!

I have had the pleasure of playing courses all over the country and as a course available to the Public, Bulle Rock is hands down one of my favorites. Pete Dye design does not disappoint and can be incredibly challenging while maintaining the diversity hole by hole one would expect. Can't recommend this place enough, the course, the staff, the food and the proshop (one of the best i've been too) are not to be missed.

What a real treat. The entire staff were polite and professional and the golf course was firm and fast but yet still getable. If you get a chance to go, GO! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Bulle Rock for a great day. See you soon.

Bulle Rock is a wonderful place for events and parties, I have hosted both business and personal events there, and the incredibly engaging staff, that really provides a Country Club atmosphere, made both events remarkable. In addition as a scratch golfer, this course provides it all. With many different tees to choose from it can be tailored for golfers of all distances. Bulle Rock is one of the toughest tests of golf I have ever played from the back tees.

What once was a premium golf course, they are really letting it go. It still is a fantastic layout, extremely challenging, but the conditions of the course and the facilities are not up to what the once were. Locker rooms need a refresh. Greens were furry. Payed 120 for a round, which is entirely fair, but I'd pay more to play this course in its 2000's vintage. Was surprised to have the course be cart path only despite little rain over the past week. Folks there were nice, no complaints on the staff.
