What an excellent layout with top tier course conditions and a very diverse hole variety. Its the closest to links style you will find in NH for certain. Yee times can be hard to come by but its worth it if you get the change to go play here. 100% Recommend. 8/10 Walkability score.

Course was in great shape and good food available, for both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast took a little time, so get here early.

What a fun course! I have lived in Salem for 3 years and yesterday was the first time making it here for a round and it did not disappoint. The staff is all super nice, the clubhouse and bar area are also very nice with a classy homey feel to it. There are a lot of blind shots but some driveable holes (not that I did but it is possible) which made it a fun round. The course is wide open so you don't have to be the best driver to still enjoy the course. The greens are very undulating and you have to keep it below the hole. The openness gives you hope but the greens can diminish that hope. It's…

The course was in great shape. Greens had some maintenance work being done, but it was still fun to play them. Tees were well placed. The pin selection was spicy! Food cart was around on a regular basis and well stocked. Proshop had everything you could need, and the bar food was tasty beer was cold. Will be back for sure!

Tees, greens and fairways all lush and well groomed. Great GPS on each golf cart. Friendly staff and good lunch restaurant.

Fun course, conditions were great (greens maybe 3.5/5), and just an all around nice experience. Will definitely be back!

Course was in great shape for early in the year! I liked everything except the fairway flags, often got confusing.

I have always enjoyed this course but it’s a shame how bad the greens have gotten. They do not roll true, are extremely firm, and are covered in patches and unfixed, or improperly resolved divot marks. I have never had so many 3 putts in my life and of our group we all experienced the same. It’s ok for fairways to take some abuse, but the greens are the truest test of a courses quality- and these were seriously lacking. Camballs is a fun layout and very cordial staff though- just not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon due to these conditions.

The course has a nice layout with a links style course on the front and completely different on the back. The rates were very reasonable. Only 4 stars rather than 5 due to a lot of the greens were a little beat up and not many ball marks being repaired. Also, we played 18 and as we made the turn, there was a three group back up on the tees. They were letting people off for 9 holes on the other side and couldnt keep up. Fun course overall and worth playing.

I wanted to get 18 holes in and decided to try out this course. I was pleasantly surprised with the picturesque views immediately upon driving up. The staff was very nice which is a plus cause some courses can have snobby employees thinking they're at Augusta or the Masters. The course was pretty open so it played well for all skill levels. The rate of play was excellent too as we only waited a minute or two here or there. We finished the day with having lunch there. The food was great and very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back!
