Beautiful golf course in the south end of Ottawa. This Course is very well maintained and has a variety of greens that are very enjoyable to putt on. Carleton has many leagues which are great fun for different levels of golfers. Great food and drink services along with awesome staff make the Carleton a wonderful place to spent your time.

As a 27 year member of Carleton, I can say with certainty that it is a great club to belong to, play some fun and challenging golf and have a very nice social experience. The course is always in great condition, is walkable and challenging. We have a long term capital plan to make some subtle changes to the course that will improve the experience. It is also a course that is right for all levels of golfers from novice to low handicappers. Member for 2yrs. Great value for a private club. Course conditions are superior to other clubs charging a lot more! Easy to book a tee time daily. Easy to walk and can complete a round in under 4hrs or less pretty much every day. Highly recommended:)

Finishing my 20th season at Carleton and once again I am impressed with course conditions and very satisfied with my experience at Carleton. Members are friendly and the overall atmosphere of the club and facilities is amazing. Staff are friendly and service oriented and the food is great. Although I moved farther away this summer, the Carleton experience keeps me coming back even if I pass 3 golf course on the way.

Carleton Golf & Yacht Club is a fabulous place to be a member. As the most reasonably priced of all the Ottawa area private clubs, it's value proposition is without peer. The course conditions are impeccable; management is constantly seeking ways to improve the club; the staff is always attentive, respectful and courteous, and the atmosphere is truly inclusive and welcoming. Having been a member at five other golf courses (including two private clubs) I can honestly say that my CG&YC experience has definitely been the best!

Our family truly enjoyed our first year being members at Carleton. Our daughter took part in fantastic junior golf clinics and opportunities, my spouse took lessons from great pros, which really helped improve her game, and we all got to play with really nice, welcoming fellow members. The course is fun to play and offers a great test of your game. With multiple tee boxes available, it provides for an enjoyable round for people of varying skill levels. I have never played a round that has been over 4 hours. Pace of play is amazing. The members are great and staff are approachable and there is always lots going on. Conditions are immaculate. It is always green during the hot summer months.

Beautifully maintained tree-lined private course on the Rideau River. Past host of CPGA Senior National Championships. Host of the 2024 Canadian Mid-Amateur Championships. CG&YC is a shotmaker's course with great post-game offerings.

We tried it out last year and enjoyed it so much that we joined. I found it to be a well-maintained course with welcoming members. I enjoyed attending the women's events and meeting several members last summer. I'm looking forward to joining some leagues and meeting more members this year.

Great private course that’s always in excellent condition! Very friendly staff that reflects the membership. Food is good too.
