Absolute beauty of a course. 3 days after a hurricane and they’re open for business. The tee boxes were a touch rough but that’s probably due to the rain fall. Fairways were excellent and the greens… holy cow absolutely beautiful. I’ll definitely be going back.

I played this course in the early 2000s when it was gastonia Municipal. the fairways were always immaculate year round and the bent greens were the best around. When the new owners took over they transitioned to bermuda greens. played there yesterday i show up an hour and 20 mins before sun set the dude charges me 28 dollars to walk on a weekday at a course that the condition gets worse everytime i play it. the greens are slow bumpy hole 3 is basically always ground under repair. the carts loction software barely lets you even drive to your ball. everytime i play here the course gets worse and…

Pros: Friendly pro shop staff, great price for golf and drinks. Cons: Short course with small greens and course backs up. Lots of power lines running across fairways that are surprisingly easy to hit off the tee. GPS in carts is also very annoying to keep you out of "restricted" areas, which seemed to be half of the fairways

Absolute joke, course is ok, dude in pro shop looks pissed off when anyone walks in. Had a 3:10 tee time, payed for 18 only got 16 in due to having 5 groups of 4 in front of us. And they “close” at 6:30. Why would you let me pay for 18 when you know it can’t be done because of so many groups of 4 stacked in a row. Not worth what I payed, and guy that came and got us off the course, at 6:40, was a prick. No one mentioned a closing time. Poor scheduling and a waste of money.

I am a handicapped golfer who has limited walking ability. The pro shop would not turn off the GPS on the cart which meant that I could not ride up to the tees or the green without the cart beeping and/or stopping. I could not putt the entire round because the cart stopped too far from the green. I asked again at the end of the round if they would turn off the GPS if I wanted to come back to play again and they said no. It’s a nice course but I won’t be able to play there again.

Golf course itself is very well taken care of and a decently challenging course to play. Management of said course is absolutely the worst. From the office to the course marshals, they do not communicate with the golfers well at all. And when it comes to how they schedule tee times, terrible. Go somewhere else for a better experience overall. Especially for the money.

I played there last Thursday at about 2 o’clock. Of course it was a hot day so not many people playing. The course seem to be in really good shape. First time playing there. I really enjoyed it. It’s has some short power for almost drivable. Not too tough, but it was in really good shape. If I had one negative thing to say, I would say they would have better directions to the next hole.

Terrible experience playing here. my buddies and I are new to the golf scene and we were pretty much rushed the entire back 9. After letting a few quicker groups go ahead of us we were STILL rushed by the so called “owner of the course”. Leaves a terrible taste in the mouths of a couple of guys trying to enjoy a round together on a tuesday.

Greens very good. Carts frustrating because they shut down electronically at least expected time and slow play down. Costs high.

Not worth the money, very dissatisfied with the course. Paid $40 for 18 holes and I'd price it at $20 for 18. Grass is diseased, worst greens I've seen, bunkers are concrete, fairways are dirt piles with a little grass, poor irrigation. Save your money and your time for a better course. I'd rather play green meadows how it sits abandoned then play this course again.

Not worth the money. I paid $120 to play on Sunday with my son, who’s under 14. Even with a junior rate of $24 after 1 PM, it still felt overpriced considering the poor course conditions. The greens are covered in Poa Annua, and the fairways are overgrown and also full of Poa, making for a disappointing round. If you’re going to charge that much, the course should at least be maintained to match the price.
