In summary

Centerton Golf Club receives praise for its well-maintained greens and overall good course layout, which accommodates golfers of various skill levels. The staff is generally regarded as friendly, and the course offers good value, particularly with its reasonable pricing. However, some visitors have experienced issues with slow pace of play and course conditions, such as dry fairways and backed-up tee times, which have led to mixed reviews.

Overall giving 3 out of 5....played on Labor Day afternoon. Course was backed up...tee time starts were every 8 mins which had every group on top of each other, so just had to be patient. Greens were in good shape, especially since early Sept. Fairways were dry, so got plenty of roll if you hit 'em straight :) Some of the rough was very long in some spot, which was on the other end of the spectrum vs the dry areas if you did not stay on the fairways. Price was right since played in the afternoon , so no real complaints. Will try to get back before winter hits.

We had a sunrise tee time, my brother and I. As soon as the shop opened at 6:30am, they politely took us- got us set up and ready to go. Fast start. Not rushed though. Big difference. My brother and I played 18 in a little under 3 hours. The course was in good shape except I believe it was the second hole- the green actually had dimples of grass throughout the entire green. My guess is it was in the middle of a treatment or they are in the middle of some renovations. There was another hole coming in, I believe 16-17 the Tee boxes were moved up roughly 100 yards because it seemed they were also…

Been about 8-9 years since I last played Centerton. It was always on our list of courses to play, generally due to the modest cost to play there. My son, grandson and I played Centerton last Sat and my experience was mixed. First the good. The greens were actually not bad for Aug., although getting to them could be a challenge depending on which fairway you were on. Both the cart girl and the young lady in the snack shop at the turn were very pleasant. Lastly the tract offers a good mix of challenge with water coming into play on several holes. Now the not so good. The staff in the pro shop ac…

I loved this place we enjoyed 05/27/2023. Good club service, nice tervern and beer. Feels like, country side golf. Only, comment is they should sum 4 not 2. We are the one play only 4 sum, needs traffic control especially on weekends. Over all, it was great.

Needs some love but good value. Tiny greens and interesting wildlife.

If price is your only concern, play here. If quality of fairways, rough, greens or pace of play matter more than the greens few, consider other courses first.

Ugh this course got me... I like the layout but seriously the price to to high anymore definitely not worth $70+...no more then a $50 course Great layout Tee box ok Fair way fine could be better Rough good cut hight and good overall but can be lacking grass in spots. Greens slow to middle speed but ok Otherwise I give it a 6/10 But at the price its 5/10 not worth the price tag to play

More like 3.75. This is a fine local place to work on your game, but don’t expect much. Conditions were meh aside from the greens which were in really good condition tbh. Some of the par 4s didn’t have fairways, which was as confusing as it was frustrating. Piped a drive right down the middle of the…rough? on those holes and still couldn’t find my ball. Play was delayed early, 6:40 tee time didn’t get on until almost 7am but the round somehow still finished in about 4 hours so it wasn’t too bad.
