In summary

Cobbs Creek Golf Club is appreciated for its impressive driving range, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the promise of future enhancements, including a championship course and Tiger Woods Par 3. The club's layout is noted for its challenging and visually interesting design, with streams and varied terrain adding to the experience. However, some visitors have pointed out that the current course conditions need improvement, particularly the sand traps and overall maintenance, and there have been occasional issues with golf cart availability.

Checked out new driving range. It was great. Pro shop is well stocked with logoed merchandise. Staff was knowledgeable about future plans for championship course opening (Spring 2027), Karakung 9 hole (Spring 2028) and Tiger Woods Par 3 (Spring 2026). Said hope to get PGA Tour event in 2031. Got reserved heated bay for $50/hr with Top Tracer. Ball crate was a little cumbersome with slot cut in bottom, had to kindof chip balls up bevel onto mat, no biggie. Range is beautiful with green targets with "bunkers" right in front, added a bit of good challenge in dialing in distances. There is a grass…

The building itself was worth the visit. The pro shop has a great selection of merchandise. The staff were friendly. I went today 12-17-25 and utilized the heated bay. Very modern with top tracer available tech.

The driving range is open and awesome. You hit up the hill where the old driving range was next to 14 Karakung Tee. Equipped with traxman launcher jawns. The golf course will be one of the hardest courses in the world when it opens.

With one week left before the big overhaul, face-lift, make over, or whatever you want to call it, I felt it my duty to play this course. Cobb's Creek is like a classic automobile left to rust and rot in your uncles garage. Back in the day she was a great hot-rod head turner, but after decades of neglect and disrepair she is just an old relic of the past. But you can't pass up a chance to ride in a classic car even if it needs a new paint job and interior. Yes, I know the course is in terrible condition, pretty much every review will tell you that. I have played much worse courses by the way.…

I’m glad I was able to play here, but honestly the traps haven’t been groomed since the 70’s. There is so much potential at this course, as the layout is nice, and there are some really cool holes like the one pictures below. To the owners: plant some grass, groom a trap, spend a few bucks on your course rather than milk every future delco PGA tour champ!

Nice people, but the course needs some TLC. I played the Old Course. It did look old. Many sand traps were missing sand. The signs for many of the holes were missing. Grass just off the fairway was a bit rough.
