Coloniale Golf & Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, friendly staff, and excellent event hosting capabilities, particularly for weddings and tournaments. Many visitors appreciate the challenging yet accessible layout and the overall condition of the greens and fairways. However, some guests have noted issues with staff interactions, unexpected charges, and occasional slow pace of play, which have impacted their experience.

Keirstyn and Charlotte were extremely patient and professional. The Coloniale Golf Club was the perfect venue for our celebration. The food was absolutely delicious, and they were incredibly flexible with our booking. The staff was supportive and attentive throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free.

Colonial is my home course. Four of the five of us Golf Buddies are out here all summer — Fridays are the day always chosen. Sometimes a fringe guy fills in, but a core crew was out today. Today was my first round of the season. Was it a good round? Absolutely not. But the sun was shining, the grass was green(ish), and I remembered why I keep coming back — because I still think one of these years I’m going to get somewhat good at this game. There were a lot of dandelions today. Like, a lot. But the grounds crew was out there hustling, as always. They keep the place looking sharp — they just…

I checked in at Coloniale Golf Club for my first round of the season and was immediately met with a cold, dismissive attitude. The staff member at the pro shop named Steven (or Stevenson), who wears glasses was rude for my entire check-in process. After my friends had already grabbed a cart, he asked who was riding with who. I explained I needed to ride alone because I had to step away briefly during the round for an urgent business call. Instead of handling that professionally, he told me I’d either have to share a cart with a random single being paired with our group or pay an extra $25 for…

Planning a wedding at Coloniale this summer. Charlotte has been awesome during the entire planning process. She is knowledgeable and super helpful with all our asks! Still a bit of snow on the ground but it will be beautiful for the big day.

Colonial is a wonderful gem that has an amazing club house. The staff are friendly and courteous. The greens are amazing without any winter kill. The fairways are lush, bunkers are soft and well maintained, the sandwiches are amazing. I enjoyed every aspect of the course. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet round of golf, enjoy the views, and lose yourself thinking about how blessed you are to be alive. I hope everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the slice of paradise.

Course is in fantastic shape! Pleasantly impressed that we didn't have to wait on any of the holes, the pace of play was perfect !!! ... played the round in under 4 hours! Maintenance staff had done an amazing job with clearing leaves from the course!

We had our wedding reception at Coloniale in July 2020. The entire experience was incredible! Charlotte is a dream to work with. She worked hard throughout the entire planning process to keep us updated with the constantly changing restrictions, and always went above and beyond to help us have our perfect wedding! Our food was delicious, the venue is beautiful, and everything turned out exactly how we envisioned it. Charlotte helped keep our planning process so stress free and we will forever recommend Coloniale to any of our friends looking for a wedding venue!

Went to a friend’s wedding ceremony and reception at this golf course and it was great! The staff were super friendly and the amenities were really well maintained. It was a smaller wedding so the bar, lounge and dining hall was the perfect size. If they allow non-members I’ll definitely be back to try out their driving range.

I was a member here back in the early 2000s, and I loved this course so much. I played last night for the first time in many years, and I have to say I was not impressed with many of the course changes. They’ve removed I figure at least 30 course defining bunkers, which have taken the personality away from many of the holes— hole 17 in particular - all the fairway bunkers are gone! The course is much easier to play, maybe that was the intention, I hope they get a new course rating as a result. The Driving Range was in horrible condition, impossible to find a good lie, and the greens were unbe…
