What an amazing place to call home! We moved here in December and feel very welcomed by everyone we meet. The neighborhood is kept very nicely and we are proud to be part of it! The pool and hot tub are the best I have seen.

Gorgeous community with great amenities. Best pool and the club house. I love walking my dog and it's a good flat 30 minute walk.

Do not play this golf course! The men running the golf shop are a bunch of racist that only want their race playing the course. My parents live in Cottonwood for 3 years and are Hispanic. They both pay their dues and are entitled to play the course for free. The rules state that one of the owners can give up their free play to a visitor that lives more than 150 miles away. I live in Houston and my brothers live in San Antonio. It never fails that when either of us plays a round with my dad, someone always comes up to us and questions whether or not we live there. Someone actually drove a golf…

Friendly, no problems with noise, no children but a few guests, great pool, hot tub and golf course-greens are kept up well.

I'm not a "golfer" by any means. I own clubs, I like the game, I like playing when I can but I am not one who plays very often or is very good. That being said... This course is not intimidating but it's still challenging. It's got 9 holes and water hazards. The greens and fairways are always in nice shape. My kid plays here quite a bit with his school for tournaments and practice. It's inexpensive and the people are super friendly. If you haven't played it, definitely consider it. They have carts but it's a good walking course too. My friends that are "golfers" enjoy it... There's really not…

Very nice par 3 course, $14.00 cash no cc, but they do have several electric golf carts as well as pull carts. Very friendly staff and you can't beat the price. Wind does come over the field next to the course, but usually windy in S Texas.

Great place to play a round of golf. Very affordable. Even in the summer the price is better. This course gives you confidence in the par 3 holes.
