I have played this course for many years and it keeps getting better and better. Fairways and greens are in great shape. Greens are pretty tough, but definitely fun. The views are amazing all throughout the course. 5 stars ***** for staff and owners. Price is very fair and well worth it. Lots of fun

I thought the course and nice and well maintained. However, I felt from an operations stand point this course is poorly ran. As others have mentioned, customer service clearly is not their priority and we felt rushed the entire time due to a lack of starter being present to monitor pace of play and were rudely told to let a group go ahead of us although they were 20 mins late and we were right on time. There was no water on the course either with it being summertime in AL you would think there would be. Overall not the ideal experience.

Good value course. Narrow at most parts but fun to play. Lots of elevation changes. Fairways are in good condition as are most greens.

Cant believe it took me this long to play this course. It was in great shape and way better than expected. Great price too. The course is forgiving and has some really pretty holes. The greens are slow but very true and consistent. Cant really spin the ball on the greens much, and I was putting much firmer than I am used to, but it was still very playable and rolled true. There is some significant elevation on some of the holes too which is challenging. I will definitely be playing this course again each year from now on. Hidden gem for a semi-private course if you ask me. Also, I unfortunatel…

They made my friend pay full price for his girl to ride. Wintertime, still have over half of their carts available. Greed!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this course was. I played in early December. The course was in terrific shape, greens were fast and smooth and I thoroughly enjoyed the layout. It was my first time here. To be quite honest, I've played courses with greens fees exceeding $100 that were not this nice. I'm definitely coming back.

Cumberland Lake is such a fun golf course. It has beautiful scenery and is well kept. I love riding around in the cart, playing from the women's tees, and sometimes just sitting by the pool. I look forward to our weekends at the golf course. The staff is amazing! Everyone is auper friendly, fun, and very welcoming! They also have great food and drinks.

Cumberland Golf Course is a great place to play. The course is well-maintained with nice views and a fun, varied layout that keeps every hole interesting. The real standout was the clubhouse staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. From check-in to getting a bite to eat, they made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing, well-run course with great service, Cumberland is definitely worth a visit!

Course is in great shape. Could be a 5 star destination, but stuck with a bunch of rude members that don't seem to want the course to be great.

This was a fun hilly golf course. The greens were a little unpredictable, but manageable. Unfortunately it had rained days before so the bunkers were full of water. Dana was an excellent starter and gave a great description of the entire course. There is not a bathroom on the back 9, so that would be a major improvement. The aqua driving range was fun.
