In summary

Diamond Hawk Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained fairways and greens, challenging layout, and excellent practice facilities. The staff generally receives positive feedback for their service, with particular commendation for the grounds crew. However, some visitors have experienced issues with management and booking, and there are occasional complaints about the course being crowded due to tournaments and the lack of amenities like food service during certain times.

Great course. A little difficult but we teed forward. Greens were incredibly fast especially for November. Would give 5 stars but too difficult to book a Saturday as they load up with tournaments.

Course was fine for the price, decent value. But the starter completely ruined the experience. I called ahead, made a tee time with him directly, and when we showed up he was rude and said no tee time was made. He held us up for 30 minutes and then stacked four groups on the first tee at once. Poor management — won’t be back unless they fix this.

We have seen lots of ads and heard good things about the outdoor concerts at Diamond Hawk. The opportunity arose and there was a band that was worthwhile checking out, so we stopped in to see them. We were greeted promptly by the pleasant staff at the front door. There was a $5 cover for the live music event (common on weekends). We made our way to the patio area and were able to grab a reasonably priced drink outside. They also do have a nice indoor bar as well. Seating seem to all be reserved. We did inquire at the front desk about getting a table and they said they were all booked. However…

Wonderful golf course. Fairways and greens well maintained Club house is really nice. Great selection at bar. We had wings. They compete with any of the popular wing joints in Buffalo. Highly recommend.

Stopped in here because my daughter needed to get some reps in on the driving range. We were visiting from out of town, and she was short one practice before the start of the season. So, enter Diamond Hawk Golf Course... I called ahead and got the skinny, and when we showed up, the Pro Shop manager remembered our conversation, and got us set up with some clubs, a token, and a cart to save time (we were back to back with some other commitments). Bottom line, she hit a great bucket of balls at the driving range, and we got everything we needed out of the experience. The service was top notch,…

Course is well maintained which makes it stand out. Greens were excellent, and the fairways were excellent as well. I personally didn’t care for the course, I can’t put my finger on what it was. The staff in the clubhouse were pretty dry. I probably won’t be coming back, but I’m not gonna give the course a bad review all because it wouldn’t be a course I’d go to regularly.

Just tried the burger & onion rings, the burgers are frozen & the onion rings are as well. Thank goodness I went on a Thursdays, because if I had tried this on any other day it would have been full price. Now I went there a couple weeks ago and had the half sandwich / soup that wasn't bad. McDonald's quarter lb taste better than this burger, and I may go to MD twice a yr.

Great course with some challenging holes as well as some shorter par 4s. The course is always in great shape and the greens run fast and smooth. You get a little bit of everything on this course! Two thumbs up

I went mainly for the music but the food was good. I had the quesadillas with chicken. Double Shot was playing. Not really my kind of music. Some I didn't know, most I did. Place is nice. I will go back.

Do not trust this place as they false advertise for their admission, and charge $10 admission regardless if you are only going there to eat dinner. Their website states $5 cover charge unless noted on event calendar and tonight 12/27, they posted on the door (AND NOT ON THEIR EVENT CALENDAR) of a $10 pp cover charge.

Diamond Hawk Golf Course Review – Cheektowaga, NY (Early Season) I recently played Diamond Hawk Golf Course in Cheektowaga, NY, during the early season, and it was a solid experience despite some seasonal limitations. This public 18-hole course, designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan, is known for its challenging layout and pristine conditions, and it didn’t disappoint, even in April’s variable weather. The Course: A Tough but Beautiful Walk At 7,058 yards from the back tees, with a par of 72, a course rating of 73.9, and a slope of 132, Diamond Hawk is a beast. The tight, tree-lined fairways and und…
