However, many visitors have expressed dissatisfaction with the course's maintenance, citing issues with the greens, tee boxes, and overall layout clarity. Additionally, there are frequent complaints about the customer service, particularly interactions with the owner, which some find unwelcoming.

Cheap, but still probably not worth it. Most of the greens look like this, with a few exceptions. No signs directing you around the course, we got lost multiple times. Scorecards are not even close distance wise. There are no yardage markers anywhere on the course so bring your watch or rangefinder. The "tee boxes" are just markers placed in the grass, not mowed at all. Most of the cups had clearly not been moved in weeks. I've played dozens of different courses and this was by far the worst shape all around I've ever seen. Hopefully it gets the TLC it needs because the set up is fun! Overall,…

The owner is beyond the rudest person I’ve ever met. We went today on Father’s Day with our girls, 11 and 7 year old and he refused to let us play with them. Stated they are a liability. We have golfed here many of times with them in the past. Never has there ever been an issue. Don’t waste your time or money. We will never be back. Horrible. We ended up going to Grandview Farms and they welcomed our business and our girls with smiles on their face. Happy Father's Day to all and just some advice, never waste your time or money at this dump.

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. The course is very poorly maintained. A group of friends and me payed for memberships and the owner still constantly mistreats and harasses us and I have seen him do this to many others as well. He has also denied us to play on several occasions on account of “the weather” when the course was completely fine to play on. DO NOT by any means waste your money here.

Played here today 8/27 with my folks. I can't speak for anyone else, but I would say skip it. Paid for 18 holes, attempted to play 9, course is in terrible shape, grass not cut, greens are in rough shape to say the least. Very poorly maintained. Then to top it off, tried to speak with the owner, got into a heated exchange with him as he was rude as soon as I asked to speak with him. Appears based on other reviews, my experience is not unique. Luckily there are lots of other, better golf courses in the area. Played lot of courses, Endwell, Blue Stone, Genny, CV, never had an issue of any type…

This is one of my favorite places to Golf as a beginner. Course usually looks great, however the last three times I’ve come here with friends, they have had their doors locked. Correct the time that you’re open if it’s not 8am

Never going here again, took my fiance to the range and just wanted to go play 9 holes after to teach her the game. The owner yelled at her when she didnt have clubs, asked her if she knew how to play the game, and wouldnt let her play because thats the “PGA rules” unless we rented clubs from them and nearly didnt even let her do that. It was 5:30 on a Sunday and we were the only ones on the course, why be so strict to new people who just want to learn golf? On top of that the greens was basically shortly mowed grass, the tee boxes were horrible, impossible to figure out where the next hole is…

I gave this a 1 star simply because zero stars isn’t an option. Worst course I’ve ever played in my life as well as my father and father in law. The greens are browns. No yardage markers. No tee box signs. Literally got lost 5 times because you don’t know where the next hole is. Carts are in terrible shape. Oh and let’s not forget the huge power lines going right over the middle of the course. You could literally hear the electricity coming off of the lines and when we were under them, our hearts started to hurt and our heads got dizzy until we got outta there. One fairway is directly below th…

Cheaper, local course. Good for people who do not play much golf, but nothing special to it. An easier course to play.

By far the worst golf course I have ever seen with my own two eyes. Not only are the greens literal cardboard and the tee boxes are non existent, what is even the worst part is how bad the course is ran by the owner. Rude and disrespectful to his only few customers. The looks of the course are on par with how the man treats his members.

Hands down, the worst place to play golf in Broome County. The tee boxes and fairways are horrendous, and the greens aren't much better. Not one ball washer on the entire course with water in it, and the posted yardages are not even remotely close. No distance markers, and it looks like this place is mowed once a month. Piles of dead grass everywhere. I will NEVER play here again, and I strongly encourage you to go elsewhere. Even with the buy one, get one coupon, it's still a rip off. Calling this place a 'golf course' is ridiculous.

Don't go now. The back nine isn't even open due to muddy conditions; they won't let u take the carts out. We were told you can walk the back nine: - no flagsticks - greens are in horrible shape - leaves everywhere - no maintenance on the back nine what-so-ever Not sure what the guy inside was doing as he charged us (4 guys) $88 for 18 holes. When we told him we were paying separately, it was $27/per person. ??????? Does that even make sense??? Great course to work on your game however owners/staff are not on theirs yet. Doesn't ANYONE there read the freakin' weather report?? You would think…

After immediately showing up the grounds crew were having a mutiny yelling at the owner kind of funny they are a grounds crew seeing how the tee boxes are not mowed or kept, the greens are unputtable and there was no hole #2?!?!! This place is in horrible shape. Paid about 25 bucks and just shot my tee shot and worked on flop shots. The woman was nice in the club house but this place is a dump.
