In summary

Ford Hill Country Club is praised for its well-maintained course, scenic views, and variety of holes, with four sets of 9 holes offering flexibility and reducing congestion. The staff is frequently highlighted for their friendliness and accommodating nature, making it an attractive venue for both golf and events like weddings. However, some visitors have expressed dissatisfaction with customer service issues, such as difficulty in reaching the Pro Shop by phone and occasional course maintenance concerns.

Great golf course!!! The course is in great shape and the four 9 hole courses gives it a lot of variety. Everyone here is super friendly and they always go out of their way to let you know that they appreciate your business. Update: June 2020. Ford Hill remains my favorite golf course. The course is once again in great condition. The staff is very friendly. Everyone from the Pro Shop to the guy on the mower seem to appreciate your business. I continue to sing their praises.

As a wedding venue, Ford Hill Country Club is by far the most accommodating Country Clubs I've shot at. The staff is friendly, their on-site coordinator was amazing to work with, and the course is absolutely beautiful.

I love this course. It is well maintained without being overly stuffy. It is really good for beginners while also being fun for more experienced players. The best part is that there are 4 separate sets of 9 holes. That means that even on a very busy day, you are rarely pressured. And if you get stuck behind a slower group, you don't have to follow on the next 9. It also doesn't get boring because you can play the same holes or switch it up. Prices are reasonable too and they offer discounts on different days of the week.

Interesting 36 holes. Greens are typically on the smaller side and some are heavily undulated. Great views on top of white 9. Great staff..food and drinks. Good rates for the course attributes.

I grew up playing Ford Hill and it’s one of our go-to local courses. If you haven’t been it is worth the trip!

The course itself isn’t too bad and is a decent price. The problem ins the Pro Shop. These guys NEVER answer the phone. End up driving 25 minutes to see if u can play a round because they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, just to be told that they have leagues going on etc…horrible customer service

My husband and I had our wedding at Ford Hill this past September and it was fantastic!! The views were amazing for the ceremony and the indoor venue space turned out to be absolutely perfect for our celebration!! The on-site lodging was great for us and our guests. We were able to have the wedding experience we were looking for without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend choosing Ford Hill Country Club for all brides and grooms-to-be!! You won’t regret it. ❤️

I've spent 15 years living in Central New York, and every visit to Ford has been pleasant, fun, and challenging. Spectacular views of the valley and lake below the course compliment the experience in sublime ways. Great prices and 36 holes!

The worst golf I've ever played. Course is ruined. Pictures online aren't even close. No rough, no fairways. The whole thing is like a really really bad lawn. Like no one ever built a golf course there, they just put flags where there weren't any trees. Just rocks and dirt and charred grass. Even if it was maintained theres hardly any play here. Holes are short and nondescript with no view to look at and the only hazards are hoses that have been left out and bulldozed areas that haven't been seeded. Miserable way to spend a morning.
