Door Creek Golf Club is praised for its well-maintained courses, friendly staff, and beautiful setting, making it a popular choice for both casual and competitive golfers. The club offers a variety of amenities, including a driving range, practice greens, and a scenic patio. However, some visitors have noted issues with course conditions such as bunker maintenance and standing water, as well as policies regarding solo players and children on the course.

This is a nice course just east of Madison. I’ve played the 18-hole Championship course a few times. All of the rain this summer has really helped and things look nice and green. However, there’s quite a bit of standing water throughout the course in some places — seems like maybe it’s taking a day or two to drain out. Most of the bunkers were in a bit of rough shape. Quite a bit of erosion and hadn’t been raked even by the end of the day. Of course, if you stay out of them, it’s not a problem. Several greens looked like a war zone with divots all over the place. However, I understand that…

Stopped in for a quick round on the executive course on our way to a Brewer game. We had a wonderful golf experience and the staff was very friendly. While their bar and grill was not open, it looked like the perfect place to host a party or have a frosty beverage after a round. In the pro shop, unique items like black clover apparel and custom putter covers were a great find. On the course conditions were fast and firm. The imagination needed around the greens and nerves needed for some knee knocking putts led to a fun-filled round. We will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful golf course tucked between farms and away from the city. Excellent golf course, excellent staff and one of the most beautiful patios to enjoy the sunset after playing a round.

The course is always in great shape and the staff are always pleasant. Nice to have a putting practice green and a separate chipping practice green with a bunker. The only drawback is too often have to hit off of mats on the practice range

Fun course! In good shape with fast greens! Par 4’s average about 350 yds. Great service! Great rates. $20 to walk 9 holes at 630p on a Monday. Bugs were a bit thick but a little repellent went a long way! Would definitely play again!

Loved this course, awesome place to sneak out for a quick round. Tried to get out for a solo round as I normally do during the week, and apparently no solos when the tee sheet looks like this. Then absolutely pushy to make me pay and go out with 3 other randoms. will take my business elsewhere now. Now no golfers until 1130. Crazy work

Price doesn’t match the quality. Next to no sand in bunkers, gravel cart paths with tons of pot holes. Mud in tee shot landing areas. Should be a $45 max price but paid $67. Greens are fast and roll good.

I attended a party at the golf course. The staff did a good job. The bar prices were reasonable and the food was quite good!

You cannot play this course as a single. They will go out of their way to pair you with other groups even if there are many tee times open in between groups. This is definitely new in the last year+ because I have absolutely played this course as a solo before. A) no single wants to play with 2-3 random people B) no group of 2-3 people want to play with a random. C) no single wants to wait an hour just to play with random people I understand being a single golfer on a busy day is a pain and not ideal for the single or the other surrounding groups but on a weekday where there are like 4 tee t…

Fun course but a little slow the first 6 holes. They had a ranger out and he got the slow groups moving. Went from s6 hour round to just over 4. We had fun and the cart girls were on our hike frequently. Made for a pleasant afternoon.

I took my daughter to play 9 at the 9 hole executive course. I suffer from chronic back pain, so I asked for a cart. I was told "NO", carts are only for the championship course. After finishing the 2nd hole, up comes 4 obnoxious people on golf carts who then proceeded to rush us and hit into us. Obviously, rules are not the same for everyone.
