I gave this course 5 stars because it was absolutely great! I loved my first time experience here. We pulled into the parking lot and a gentleman met us with a golf cart. Very friendly and informative. We ran into a fog delay but were able to use the driving range and putting green until they released us to head to the first tee. Everyone we talked with was very friendly and relaxed. The clubhouse was very clean and organized. This course is a lynx style course. Very open layout with undulating fairways and greens. The rough was well trimmed and playable. The tall grass or heather was somethin…

Just got a chance to play a late season round of golf with a veterans Golf association at eagle Glen Golf course in farwell, Michigan. This was an exceptional course for such a late date challenging, but fun. Exceptionally well maintained greens fairways and tea boxes.

First of all, the staff at this course is absolutely amazing, friendly and professional! Now to the course itself…the fairways were in amazing shape and very well manicured! The greens roll out great or stick and spin, depending on your approach shots. Very wide open fairways, without a whole lot of trouble, making for a relaxing day and not stressing, if your massive slice comes back to haunt you! The main thing to be aware of is the very tall, thick grass that will punish you, if you happen to get into those spots!

This is a very nice course but the experience was completely ruined by the service. A couple of guys came up to us due to a little miscommunication which was fine. The problem was they handled it super unprofessional and even mocked us when they drove off and then continued to make bad comments on a couple of our shots. Very well taken care of course, but will not be coming back.

Should get an award for best maintained course! Live it every time we play. Challenging yet forgiving.

Everything is maintained with phenomenal detail. The grounds are immaculate - fairways tees and greens are in excellent condition. Bunkers top notch. Links style, the prevailing wind guards par very well. Front nine is relatively flat, back nine has contours with many scoring opportunities. A true hidden gem, $69 on the weekend was exceptional value.

Great course, terrible service. Had a miscommunication between our group and the employees, which was nobody’s fault. However, the way they handled it was unprofessional and we will not return because of our experience.

As a pro golfer this is not a respectable establishment. The course was mediocre and the service was abhorrent… We were harassed by multiple rude employees. I have played better courses in third world countries…
