Many golfers appreciate the challenging yet fair design and the overall enjoyable experience. Hidden gem in Harrison Mi. The course is very interesting with lots of water, elevation changes, and great conditions. I found it challenging but fair and for $38 fall rates on a Saturday you can’t beat it. Staff is extremely friendly. The drinks and food at the turn were also reasonably priced. Pace of play was a little slow, but it was a Saturday and we finished in just under 5 hours. Would definitely come back and recommend to others to play.

Around $40 for 18 w/ a cart weekdays is great value. Course was in great condition and folks were very friendly. Fit me in as a single on a very busy Friday afternoon, finished in 4:15. Lot of great golf in this area of northern MI, this should be included in the value aspect.

This is a must play course when heading up north in Michigan. I had a three hour drive up and it was well worth it. Absolutely love this course. Lots of elevation changes, water and tree lined fairways. The views are awesome and the course is in great condition. The greens were great in the morning and as well in the afternoon for our second round. The cart paths are all dirt but in decent shape. The rough is deep in some spots and will definitely make your next shot tricky. The fairways aren't the widest but you have room to miss. If you get in the trees it is very well manicured around the t…

Nice up north course. Went to school up there, lived in Dodge City , this course, wasn't around in the 70s,,, the knob was the home course. So with 3 courses in the area, this one is a must!!

Very fun course! Great course design for challenging, but fun play. Fast greens! Course was well maintained, though the maintenance staff could use some manners. One of the mowers was mowing tee boxes and made us wait for him to mow, then replace the markers on every tee for the front 9, which was very rude, and drastically slowed our pace of play having to wait 10 minutes to tee off every hole. Tried to say something, but he just acted like he couldn't hear us. Found it odd so much maintenance was being done on Friday in the first place, but aside from the jerk on the mower, we had a great ti…

The course is in great shape. This place is always busy, so plan on a 4 hour plus round. When you finish, stop at the Long Lake bar for great burgers and fries.

Replayed here last friday. The course was well maintained. However, the dry conditions made it a little difficult to play the fairways. I would put this on my places to play again period

The course itself was in good shape and the clubhouse is pretty cool, but there was no organization whatsoever this Saturday. We arrived early to check in and pay but were not even asked names or tee times. When our tee times came around and we rolled up to the first box and there was no starter. A group of 5 snuck in front of us all playing their own. As soon as they went off a group of 9 playing together pulled in directly behind us. The pace of play was absolutely brutal. Looking around the course there didn't seem to be a ranger or anyone enforcing the number of players in groups or rate o…

I liked the lay out! Some short 3s to keep you on your toes. Really a friendly environment with all the employees. I hope to play it again soon.

Pretty good course. Great shape for the money! Greens aren't slow and it plays short, be prepared for fun short second shots. Some fairways are slightly tight but most are open.
