What People Say

In summary

Redwood Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens and fairways, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, making it a popular choice for both locals and visitors. Many golfers appreciate the course's layout and the positive atmosphere fostered by the management and staff. However, some visitors feel the pricing is a bit high for the course's features, and a few have noted inconsistencies in course conditions and management practices.

Friendly and great customer service! The Patriot refused to allow us to play because we missed our tee time by 10 minutes. We called Redwood and they saved the day and squeezed us in ahead of a very large group. The course was beautiful, the greens and fairway were well maintained. You will enjoy your time here.

Redwood is a great course to play. We have been members for several years. We enjoy spending time on this course. The owners care about their course and their clients. A great place to hit the course and don't forget to grab a Bloody Mary, they are also great! 😁

Nice course and good people. No problems with playing up on us (we’re just spring starting) and clubhouse was nice.

Very very nice course, and the service was very good and had a great time. The greens and the fairways were kept very well and was a really good course overall and I will go back every day I can.

We had a day trip planned to golf in N. Michigan. The course we were suppose to play was in horrible shape. We decided to play near the Roscommon area. That was the right decision. After we played a course in Grayling, we played The Redwood. Course is in great shape, well maintained and not overly challenging. Was a great day! Highly recommend this course.

Great layout, greens were very good. I think they lost their fairway mower not much difference between rough and fairways. Fun place to play and Thursdays play all day for 25.00🙌

The Redwood is a great place to golf. The staff is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. I golf there once or twice a week and plan to continue for years to come.

Nice course. Well maintained. Some of the regulars like to act like they own the place and will push play beyond standard pace. But, a lot of time they are just golfing from the ladies' tees. So just ignore them and have a great time. I highly recommend the bloody Mary bar. Tip well. You won't be disappointed.

OK golf course. Can be challenging, but the bunkers are very shallow. Not really worth the price, you can spend the same amount on a better course. Clubhouse is decent. Drinks are decent. Haven't had food.
