In summary

Eagle Links Golf Course is appreciated for its friendly staff, well-maintained greens, and affordable rates, making it a suitable choice for casual and practice rounds. The course layout, featuring a mix of par 3s, 4s, and 5s, is generally well-received, although some visitors mention issues with slow pace of play and occasional maintenance concerns, such as uneven tee boxes and worn areas. While the course offers a pleasant experience for many, a few have reported dissatisfaction with customer service and pricing, particularly during peak times or special events.

Not a bad course! Just played the front nine which is mostly par 3’s so our round went by pretty quickly. The greens were kind of fast, but overall the course was kept up pretty well. You honestly can’t beat the prices here.

The owner and staff of this course are awesome!!!! They try and make it an enjoyable experience for everyone. Some people are not happy when they have to show golf etiquette.

Wednesday June 25 called for t time for 18 arrived half hour ahead 10:30 a.m. vs 11:00 completed first 9 by noon sat on hole 10 t box 20 minutes waiting for 8 men to t off and then was asked to come back another time to complete the 18 because we were scheduled in correctly because of men's league started. The men's league were not ready on the tbox as they were waiting on their group, they should have allowed us to play through. The course etiquette of these men was a SMH moment. I have been to courses and league guys are respectful of other ppl, reminder, the leagues don't pay the bills it's…

I have always had a great experience here! Love that this course and the owner are enforcing rules that make playing enjoyable for everyone on the course (and are pretty standard rules for any golf course 🤣). We will be back!

First time playing this course over the weekend and it was a great experience. The bartenders/servers were extremely friendly and helpful. The course itself was in pretty good shape, and an enjoyable time for a "short course" par 62. Food afterwards was also very good. Not a big selection, but what we got was fresh and hot. Very excited to go back and play it again.

Played on the 4th and they would not accept my group golfer certificate. No big deal. Most places will not take them on holidays. Very nice "executive " course. Course was wet but so are all the courses. Pace of play was very slow. 4 some in front of us had several opportunities to let us play thru and never did. But again, it's a holiday so understandable. Carts were very peppy! Clubhouse is nothing special but bartender was nice and attentive.

Owner was a jerk, nobody on the course and yelled at us about a group of 5, wouldn’t refund our round either, worst course in the fox valley AND they have awful customer service

My first time here. What a fun and challenging course! The greens were much quicker than I'm used to and I'll know better next time. There will definitely be a next time! Nice folks - can't wait to get back.

Mediocre executive course with a family atmosphere. Small clubhouse bar area with no real pro shop but really nice staff. Seems they do a lot of live music and other entertainment for weekend attraction as well. Rates could've been better for this shorter course and the quality it had....the early bird rate would've been OK but waiting in line we missed it by a few mins and were charged the higher rate. Most greens were in good shape but a number had some burn out or rough spots. Also some tee boxes were beat up and weedy. Nice houses surround this executive course where at least you get to pl…

We have played there a few times and experienced a few woes each time. The course is over priced for what it is and today was the nail in the coffin for me. I was there with my daughter to just hit balls on the range. The gal in the clubhouse wouldn’t let us use a cart to go to the range. She said with the high price of gas it’s not allowed! Really?! We could however pay the cart fee, Wow! Also 15 dollars for 75 balls is pretty steep and a lot of them were junk. The range tee box was in poor shape and not looking like there was any attempts of being repaired

Had a very good experience with Eagle links. This staff is attentive, friendly, and kind. It was my first time playing there but I was treated as if I was a regular. The course is well-maintained and great for practice. Has a variety of par-3s, 4s, and 5s. I wish I lived closer so I could play more often.
